"Lets start with the day we arrived. The hotel was dirty the room was not cleaned and staff were rude I asked for pillows and a vlanket as there were none in the room i was greeted with visible frustration and tikd they didnt have extra so I had to buy a blanket for the couch. There was trash in the hall way. The pool was dirty. I watched the cook sneeze and cough on the breakfast and the elevator license was expired. This was such a horrible stay and experience I have Never stayed at one of your establishments and been treated so poorly. There was so much I took pictures please contact me"
