"We loved the hotel. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were so kind and helpful, always plenty of coffee and tea plus numerous other goodies and the on site laundry facilities were cheap and efficient. We also loved the location - close to all the fun in Shinjuku but also far enough away to be a bit more peaceful. Plenty of great bars, clubs and restaurants close by. Can’t wait to come back!!"
"Room was spotless and check in staff really helpful, changed rooms so we were all on the same floor without us even asking, good location with shops and restaurants on the ground floor "
"Room is super clean and well maintained, staff are incredibly polite and helpful. I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast buffet; they have a wide variety and its still worth it if you are vegan or vegetarian. "
