I liked how central it was to many things, and close enough to a subway station that I could easily move through Tokyo. The ac was ice cold which was ideal since I run hot. Definitely recommended this hotel.

Although the room was a bit right for 2 big luggage bags, the stay in general was great. Very well connected though Shinjuku Station and Nishi-Shinjuku metro Station (close to the hotel). Acceptable breakfast options and attentive personnel. Arigato goizaimashita!

Our room was large and comfortable and the public sitting area was very welcoming. The best thing for us was the friendly personnel of the hotel, and in particular Vivi, who looked after us as though we were family. The hotel is really well situated for visiting the city, and is in a friendly old area, not the rather soulless tall buildings of modern Beijing. Definitely recommended.
