깨끗한 호텔
호텔은 신식이라 좋았지만 샤워기가 망가져서 물이 샜다. 늦게 발견해서 교체 요청을 못 했다. 그러나 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았다.

The hotel itself is nice, clean and modern. However there are literally no amenities provided in the rooms and you have to leave deposits with reception in order to obtain any of them. I stayed for four nights with a friend and we were shocked to find that we needed to leave a £20 deposit just to have a kettle in the room, as there were no coffee making facilities in the room. We also inquired about an iron and ironing board which is pretty standard in all four star hotels and they said we needed to leave a £10 deposit but that none were actually available at the time. There were also deposits required for beach towels. My friend and i both work in a four star hotel in england and we were shocked that none of the amenities that are considered standard at the four star level were provided by the hotel. That being said, the staff were very helpful when we wanted to arrange a rental car and taxis. And the breakfast buffet was much better than i expected. There were also some really affordable and relatively healthy options for lunch from the pool bar which was a nice surprise. If the hotel were able to provide all the expected amenities in the room, i probably would’ve rated the stay a five. Our only other issue was the air conditioning/heating unit locks overnight at whatever level you had it at in the evening and is unable to change, so you have to make sure you set it at a good temp in the evening, or else it can get quite warm overnight.

Everything was great - comfy beds, nice room and bathroom with big powerful shower and the large terrace with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers was a real hit. Hotel did not switch the air-con on until mid way through our holiday and the room was very stuffy. The only let down for the hotel was the swimming pool - it was very large and inviting, but always absolutely freezing cold - there was never anyone in it for this reason. I love swimming and one main reason that I chose this hotel was for the big pool, which I didn't use.

Dieses Hotel an der Playa de Palma war sauber,gut eingerichtet und lag verkehrsgünstig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen super Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten auf Mallorca.

Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren zwar sehr bemüht aber oft sehr gestresst und haben einen genervten Eindruck gemacht. Lobby und vor allem die Rezeption könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein. Insgesamt kein Hyatt Standard!

2nd visit to Hotel 5 day break for my 66 th Birthday and our 37th Wedding Anniversary.After arrival at hotel and checking in we were told room not ready but after about an hour my husband checked with reception and was told it was ready so we hadn’t been informed which was a bit annoying .Didnt find reception staff very friendly .We we’re half board and found choice of food not as good as previous stay Chicken was on offer every dinner time and we found that at best cooked breakfast Luke warm . Lovely gesture on my birthday a bottle of sparkling wine and card left in room when we returned from dinner . We had a very nice double room with sea view Water lovely and hot Clean towels every day. Cleaning of room not 100% as some crumbs on floor that were there since first day !! Overall a good short break Not sure if we will return though

Das AluaLeo ist ein typisches Hotel in zweiter Reihe zum Strand, mit dem Bus 10 Minuten vom Flughafen weg. Das sind auch die einzigen Vorzüge des Hotels. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison (Januar) dort, wodurch wir keinen konstanten Flugzeuglärm hatten. Der Pool war zu, das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension) war recht lieblos und auf deutsche Touristen abgestimmt. Typische spanische Leckereien muss man nicht suchen, die gibt es nicht. Alles kostet extra (z.B. Getränke beim Abendessen, 7 Euro für Wasser...). Die Zimmer sind "abgerockt", zu viele feierwütige Touristen haben ihre Spuren an der abgewetzten Einrichtung usw. hinterlassen. Der Sand vom Strand tut der Dusche nicht gut, sie läuft nicht richtig ab. Auch das sehr kalkige Wasser sorgt nicht dafür, dass die Dusche besser funktioniert. Tipp: Zum nahegelegenen Mercatore laufen und sich für wenig Geld mit Wasser zum Zähneputzen etc. versorgen. Fazit: Um zum Strand zu laufen oder Ausflüge nach Palma zu machen reicht es. Einen Wohlfühletempel muss man woanders (natürlich dann in entsprechender Preiskategorie) suchen.

Overall a nice and good hotel and we enjoyed our stay a lot at Alua Leo. The stuff is friendly and there is a variety of food at the buffet. The food is ok and is slightly changing from day to day. Sometimes while grabing some dishes it could happen that they are not spotlessly clean but this is no problem because someone can rub them clean in no time. Also really interesting was the shower, expecting a fully transparent shower cabin while sharing the room not with your partner, you definitly would not to be missing out on something.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommenen, die Zimmer für derzeitige Verhältnisse recht klein und für ein 4 Sterne Hotel auch recht einfach ausgestattet. Dennoch wurden wir jederzeit gut behandelt und fühlten uns auch gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück war gut, beim Abendessen geht es dann jedoch deutlich besser. Eine Beschilderung der Speisen wäre wünschenswert.
