Estimado Àngel, muchas gracias por su email, a pesar de que no es éste el tipo de mensajes los cuales nos gusta ver publicados. Si bien, entendemos que todos los comentarios al final son positivos y de que todos nos ayudan a crecer y mejorar. Dicho esto, sería justo explicar que se realizó la llegada al hotel un día antes a lo que se tenía reservado con el hotel y que el hotel no esperaba su llegada hasta el día siguiente. Quedó aclarado al día siguiente que el hotel no tuvo nada que ver con el incidente y de que recibimos una llamada de Expedia, la cual nos daba las gracias por haber encontrado una habitación durante la madrugada y que ella se responsabilizaba de todo, y de los gastos también. También queremos señalar que entendemos su malestar, ya que no es de buen gusto llegar a un sitio de vacaciones, de madrugada y no encontrar la habitación que se espera que está contratada. Queremos comentar que la situación vivida no fue de agrado para nosotros y que sentimos de verdad lo ocurrido, ya que trabajamos para que nuestros clientes se encuentren lo mejor posible entre nosotros. También queremos invitarle a que si vuelve de vacaciones por Cala Ratjada o por la zona vuelva a alojarse en el Hotel Bell Port para que podamos rehacer esa primera impresión que tuvo de nosotros, y que estoy seguro que será mucho mejor Muy atentamente La Dirección
