cher Manuel,Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour à l'hôtel Ilusion Calma & Spa n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes précédentes, nous prenons très au sérieux les commentaires de nos clients et nous les utilisons toujours pour nous améliorer.D'une part, nous tenons à vous dire que nous sommes désolés si la première nuit vous avez eu des problèmes de temps pour accéder à votre chambre.Nous suivons un protocole de nettoyage très strict et bien sûr tous les draps sont changés après qu'un client ait quitté la chambre, cependant, comme vous le savez, le lendemain, le responsable de la réception et le directeur de l'hôtel se sont entretenus avec vous pour corriger la situation, même bien qu'il ait refusé de changer de chambre, le responsable s'est personnellement assuré que sa chambre était à nouveau nettoyée et que tous les draps étaient changés.Nous apprécions vos commentaires et même si votre séjour à l'hôtel n'a pas été tout à fait à votre goût, nous espérons et souhaitons vous avoir à nouveau comme client afin que nous puissions changer votre opinion sur nous.Avec nos meilleures salutations,Samuel NavarroChef de réception
