Die Unterkunft lag nah am Strand. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir auf das Meer blicken. Die Lage war demnach sehr gut. Alles wichtige im Apartment schien auch sauber zu sein. Vom Staubwischen auf den Lampenschirmen und Schränken hielten die Servicekräfte wohl allerdings nicht viel. Wir hatten extra nach einem Apartmen mit Küchenzeile gesucht, damit wir nicht jeden Tag auswärts Essen gehen mussten. Von der Ausstattungs der besagten Küche waren wir jedoch mehr als enttäuscht. Zum Kochen gab es lediglich eine mittelgroße Pfanne (zumindest bei unserem Zimmer). Im Versuch das Beste daraus zu machen, wollten wir Bratkartoffeln braten. Das hat nur semigut funktioniert. Es brauchte ewig (1-2 Std.) bis zwei Portionen gebraten waren. Auch Geschirr gabe es nur das Nötigste. Wenn es heißt eine Küchenzeile sei vorhanden, dann gehe ich davon aus, dass es zumindest 1-2 Kochtöpfe gibt und Kochlöffel oder ähnliches. Wer keinen Wert auf die Küchenausstattung legt, kann hier dennoch eine gute Zeit verbringen. Schön war der kurze Weg einmal über die Straße zum Strand und der kleine Supermarkt (Spar) unten im Gebäude unserer Unterkunft. Auch Restaurants gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung genügend, sodass man eine gute Auswahl an Angeboten hat. Der Check out war ganz unkompliziert. Nur den Schlüssel abgegeben und das wars. Keine Fragen, wie der Aufenthalt für uns war o.ä. Die Kaution wurde auch schnell auf den Konto wieder freigegebenen.

Excellent stay, revisiting our honeymoon destination of 35 yrs ago! Cecelia has changed for the better. We would have liked the bar to be open but understand we travelled out of main season. Reception staff really helpful, pool so clean , as was the apartment. We will visit again .

Ich bin in einem Studio geblieben. Ich hätte mir im Studio eine Couch gewünscht. Es gab dort aber nur ein Bett. Die Küchennische war sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspülertabs, Reinigungsmittel und -tücher, Schere… wirklich alles was man gebrauchen könnte). Innerhalb von einer Woche gab es keine Zimmerreinigung und keinen Handtuchwechsel. Die Ortschaft ist sehr ruhig und schön. Es gibt einen Strand nur 5 Fußgängerminuten entfernt und eine „Promenade“ zum spazieren gehen. Der Spar hatte im April 2022 zu. Ich würde definitiv ein Auto empfehlen. Es gibt genug kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Balkonen oder auch auf der Straße vor dem Hotel.

No me parece lógico que solo hagan limpieza y cambio de toallas al quinto día. Entramos un martes y hasta el sábado mediodía no vinieron, y la salida era el domingo. Antes de las diez tienes que haber entregado la llave. Si no dejas todo lo de la cocina limpio, recogido y la basura sacada te cobran 50€ de suplemento. Para dormir había un sofacama donde se dormía fatal. Sin armario, solo una barra con perchas. El check-in muy tarde a partir de las 17h y check-out demasiado temprano, antes de las diez.

Schöne Anlage bei der Cala Marcal
Gute Lage: wenige Minuten zum sehr gepflegten und behindertengerechten Strand, zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit und einigen Restaurants. Auch für Ausflüge eine gute Ausgangslage. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt, die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die DZ sind größenmäßig ok (teilweise kein Tisch und auch nur 1 Stuhl), die Studios sind geräumig. Ansonsten sinde beide gut ausgestattet und haben einen Balkon. Wir hatten zunächst ein DZ gebucht und haben auf Nachfrage nach einem größeren Zimmer ein Upgrade auf ein Studio bekommen, da wir für 3 Wochen geschäftlich vor Ort waren und mehr Platz zum Arbeiten brauchten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, ebenso ist auch die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eher ein Hotelzimmer als ein Apartment
Leider handelt es sich ehert um ein Hotelzimmer mit kleiner Pantryküche (ohne Töpfe, ohne Suppenlöffel, keine scharfen Messer etc.). Man kann sich gut mal einen Kaffee kochen und ein paar Getränke kalt stellen, aber kochen ist hier leider nicht möglich. Da haben wir mehr erwartet. Ansonsten ist die Lage super. Der Strand ist sauber und wirklich schön.

Останавливались на 5 дней в конце сентября. Расположение у отеля отличное. Через улочку спуск по лестнице к пляжу. Бухта хорошая - песок, пологий вход в воду и нет волн и камней. Для отдыха с детьми отличный вариант. Сам отлель расположен в часе езды от аэропорта. Вокруг есть кафе и магазинчики. Тихо и спокойно. В номере все есть, но он небольшой. Из минусов запах из сливов в туалетной комнате. Вместо кровати был диван немного продавленный посередине. Плита один раз перестала работать (отошёл контакт). В целом, если не обращать внимание на мелочи, то все нормально. Мы брали машину и ездили по всему острову, в номере только спали.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sehr ruhig und das Zimmer (Studio) war total ausreichend. Man konnte gut schlafen und sein Frühstück in der kleinen Küche super zubereiten! Es gab sogar eine Spülmaschine! Nicht so toll war, dass bei einem Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen keine Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgt und kein Handtuchwechsel stattfindet. Der ganze Sand lässt sich super schlecht beseitigen ohne Staubsauger! Ein Besen stand auf dem Balkon! Alles in allem würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin fahren!

Останавливались в этом апарт-отеле второй раз (первый - в 2012 году, когда он ещё был в сети OLA). Несомненно, главное преимущество - расположение в паре минут ходьбы от пляжа Cala Marsal, собственно, это и подкупило вернуться сюда спустя семь лет. В остальном на твёрдую четверку, начну с минусов. 1. Номер на первом этаже с балконом, выходящим к бассейну весьма разочаровал с точки зрения приватности. 2. Заявленная вместимость на трёх человек не выдержала никакой критики: как мы не пытались "вкрячить" дополнительную кровать, либо перегораживали доступ к шкафу, либо к балкону. 3. Основная кровать (она же диван) не складывалась: её половинки были скручены шурупами, которые в первый же вечер выскочили и всю эту конструкцию пришлось собирать заново с помощью консервного ножа и мата. 4. Уборка раз в пять дней - это слишком редко и, хотя пол можно вымыть самостоятельно, полотенца хотелось бы менять чаще: влажность большая и они просто не успевали сохнуть. 5. Отсутствие детской площадки - вместо неё теперь площадка для петанка. Как бы то ни было, со всеми этими недостатками нам удалось либо справиться, либо смириться. Теперь плюсы. 1. Отличное расположение 2. Достаточно свежий ремонт (мы жили в 3 корпусе) 3. Наличие сейфа (2 евро в день) 4. Спортивная "коробка", где ребенок смог побегать и попинать мячик 5. Рядом на улице парковка, мусорка Сказать что-то конкретное про бар, ресторан, качество воды в бассейне и т.д сложно - не пользовались. Персонал приветливый.

Leider nicht noch einmal, da wir wir (mein Freund und ich) doch eher den echten Hotelurlaub bevorzugen; Jedoch für Selbstversorger echt nett. Was uns persönlich sehr positiv aufgefallen ist: -Personal an der Anmeldung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - die Zimmer sind relativ groß, renoviert, hell und freundlich eingerichtet und die Küche sehr praktisch ( wir selber haben sie nicht genutzt, außer den Kühlschrank, da wir Halbpension gebucht hatten) - das Bad hat ein Fenster und große, bodentiefe Dusche - Pool war sehr sauber - Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und frisch Was uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat: - geputzt wird nur alle 5 Tage (in unserem Fall also nur vor unserer Ankunft weil wir nur 4 Übernachtungen dort hatten) was für uns kein Problem darstellte; wenn danach eine gründlichste Reinigung durchgeführt werden würde. Wir hatten leider noch einige Haare in den Ecken des Badezimmers - der Toilettensitz hat in unserem Fall gewackelt wenn man drauf saß - Das Bett empfanden wir als sehr hart - Küche muss nach dem Aufenthalt selber geputzt werden - für die 5 Tage stand uns jeweils 1 großes Handtuch zur Verfügung (uns persönlich zu wenig und leider auch fleckig) - das Abendessen ( leider der größte Negativ-Punkt) hat an keinem Abend überzeugt. Unserer Meinung nach war das einzig essbare aufgetaute, erwärmte bzw. Fertiggerichte, alles andere war ungenießbar. Jedoch war keins der Gerichte je heiß sondern nur lauwarm (auch wenn sehr pünktlich war)

Globalement excellent séjour à cet hôtel. Les appartements sont grands avec toutes les commodités et ustensiles nécessaires. Le ménage est fait tous les 5 j et les produits de bains ne sont pas changés. Restaurant correct et propre, mais beaucoup de variétés mais suffisant. Personnel à l'écoute et très courtois. Animation quasi inexistante mais Mael l'aninateur fait de son mieux et il n'y a pas bcp de monde non plus pour proposer quelque chose Aux alentours de l'hôtel quasiment pas grand chose, hormis quelques restaurants. Crique sublime à 50m, on s'y repose vraiment. 2 cafés restaurants en haut de plage pour savourer la vue. a

Très bien situé. Jolie plage. Appartement très propre mais compliqué de communiquer avant notre arrivé. Pas de climatisation pendant trois jours mais problème réglé. Très satisfait dans l’ensemble.

The staff was very friendly and politeful. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. The front door of the room were too thin, so you could hear the other guests walking the stairways and hear their conversation.

Insgesamt alles in Ordnung
Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr spärlich - wenn man kochen möchte sollte man sich ein scharfes Messer mitbringen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Klimaanlage defekt - an der Rezeption bekamen wir aber einen Ventilator - das war vollkommen ok. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt also alles ok.

Déçu...très déçu par cet appart hôtel....!
Le personnel espagnol est très désagréable...! Le personnel français disponible et à l écoute par contre. Ménage effectué tous les 5 jours ce qui était pas mentionné lors de la réservation...Serviettes de bain échangées contre 5 euros la serviette...jamais vu ça..!! Seul consolation, proximité de l hôtel avec une très belle plage.

Romantic break.
Nice beach, plenty of sunbeds. Nice restaurants nearby the only criticism is that the pool doesn't really have a shallow end and my wife doesn't like getting in below her depth (she's only 4' 11"). We were only room and breakfast but the breakfast was excellent. The two restaurants in the same street had a lot of locals eating there and were excellent. Nice quiet beach nearby (Cala Brafi) about 20 min walk some nudists there. Steep rocky hill down to it and beware jelly fish but very quiet. Nice cliff walks. Very relaxing break. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.

Ok for a few nights only
Lots to say about this place. I Will start with the positive things. + Nice newly renovated room with very comfortably beds. Even a thin duvet which was nice. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice variation of cold/hot items. Very good parkingspace in the roundabout and above the hotel plus streetparking. Spar is just nearby for snacks/drinks. - When we arrived they tried to put us in a worn down annex opposite the road. In the same building were local people had their apartments. The room had a very bad smell as well. This about the annex is never described in the text from hotels.com. Luckily we were changed to the main building! The breakfast area is downstairs in a cellar.It was noisy and with the most annoying entrancedoor! Would have been nice if the breakfast was served in the brighter bar area and with outdoor seating option. The room is only cleaned every 5 days which is a bit strange. The towels got very dirty. The corridors and stairways were also dirty. Maybe do some cleaning here. Outdoor seating area gives no privacy as there is open space between. No problem for us but can be for others. Please make the hotel smokefree. You have to pay 50 Euro if You do not clean the kitchen. They also take deposit of 200 Euro!!!
