The staff we ran into were all very friendly. The room was clean and the floors recently done but the bathtub and sink need redone. I think there needs to be an air vent cleaning too. Everything had a heavy scent, hallways and room.

Property was clean, safe and in a good location. Easy access and right off the highway. Great for commuters. Suite style rooms good for longer extended stays. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The staff were really nice and go out there way to help if you need anything.

The management team is awesome, and always their to help with a smile on their face. The rooms are very clean and the place is serien and quiet. I would always pick the hotel when in Manassas. They also have a kitchen with is good for a long stay.

First the front desk closes at 11. I arrived just after midnight, so you use a phone in the lobby to call a call center who gets ahold of an onsite member. That took about 10 min. When the lady arrived check in was quick. I was passing through on my way to Tennessee and one of the selling points was a full size fridge as I had a lot of food I wanted to keep cold. Once I got to my room I walked around and the room was clean enough but could definitely use a refresh. I open the fridge and freezer and both were full of mold and I don’t think the compressor was working as it wasn’t cold at all. I went to turn the air conditioner on, and it was only blowing ambient air and not cold. I went to call down to the front desk. The phone in the room didn’t work so I walked back down and had a call the call center again to have someone switch me to a new room. Male employee told me to go back to my room and he would go check on a few available rooms and make sure . After a while, I get reassigned to another room and everything was ok, it was about 1 o’clock in the morning at this point. This room had white powder on the carpet in the corners and dust on the desk. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable so I just went to bed Woke up a few hours later went on my way. The hotel has new management and they’re trying to improve the place. Hopefully this is true because this place needs a lot of work.

Drove all the way from Michigan to Manassa, Virginia WoodSpring Suites which Expedia arranged my reservation for seven days . I requested a first floor room because Iam a handicap VETERAN. All first floor rooms were occupied. Ok I can make do with a room on an upper floor. They had three elevators and they all were out of order. Iam handicap can’t do stairs. WoodSpring Suites just turned me away without even saying they’re SORRY. So being turned away I had find a room elsewhere. Never again will I use Expedia . Com when I search for a room in the future.

Roaches

The property was over-run with roaches. When I spoke with management, the Gen. Mgr. acknowledged that they are working with an extiminator. However, until the problem is taken care of, the hotel should be closed. And I have stayed at many pet friendly hotels, and none have smelled as bad as this property.
