"Stayed there is past weekend. Main elevator was broken which resulted in us walking way more than we should have just to reach an elevator. Every time we called housekeeping for any type of needs they told us to pick it up at the front desk which is sub par service. Also, when I search up to stay somewhere I like to ensure they have a hot tub/spa since I have back problems. So I specifically booked Homewood Suites because they had an hot tub/spa in the pool room. And what do you know? Hot tub...

"Staff was fantastic! Friendly and helpful. The hotel was...somewhere to sleep. I wouldn't stay for more than maybe two nights. Pretty grimy, outdated. Could use a deeeeeeeep cleaning but the bed was clean, plumbing worked and that's all I needed."
