My husband and I had a check in date for a two night stay on February 16 & 17, 2020. Our reservation was nowhere to be found and we had to rebook a reservation on the spot with brokers who hover around the lobby of the condominium complex. We went from one building to another and still there was no record of our reservation. I called the numbers listed on our reservation, but nobody answered. I will never book again through Hotel. com. Upon returning to the United States, I tried calling and even went online to air my complaint, but have not heard back from them.
