The check in process was fine. We were happy to find out about the shuttle to Gillette stadium. However, we were shocked when we got to the room and there was no window. The room only had a balcony into the center of the hotel which we were not expecting. Upon further inspection, there was hair all over the bathroom and dirt on the bed. There were random black specks everywhere. The walls had yellow staining as well as the chair in the room. There was a connecting room and the lock was not working well. The shower was stained and the drain never worked. The toilet was also not very clean. There was only one bar of soap for both the sink and shower. The towels smelled like a mix of cigarettes and Lysol. My friend requested a blanket and got told โwe are busy so you might or might not get one. It depends.โ She never got one. Overall, not very impressed.
