"During our stay, we noticed the following morning that one of the pillowcases was stained and appeared quite dirty. Upon checking out, we decided to inform the front desk so that the issue could be addressed for future guests. To be discreet and avoid displaying the stained pillowcase in front of other guests, I brought it to the front desk office while my husband waited by the counter. We were simply trying to explain the situation and make staff aware of the issue. We were not seeking compensation or any special accommodation; our only intention was to report the condition of the pillowcase. Unfortunately, the front desk representative responded in a manner that I found extremely rude and dismissive. While I was attempting to explain the situation, I felt rushed and was nearly pushed out of the office before I could finish speaking. The interaction was upsetting and made me feel that my concerns were not being taken seriously. I am sharing this feedback not because of the stained pillowcase itself, but because of the way the situation was handled. I believe guests should be treated with courtesy and professionalism when bringing legitimate concerns to the attention of hotel staff."
