“Pros: the room was clean and nice, the freebies like the aloe and bug spray, waterbottles were perfect. The resort itself is beautiful and in a great location. The beach is very accessible and we loved the Chill bar. Our check-in staff was lovely. Cons: The beds are very firm (too firm, I had a very hard time sleeping). On our second night, the air conditioner started to leak above our bed. We informed the front desk and their solution was to tell us to leave all our belongings in this one...

“this was our 2nd visit and we enjoyed the location in Pietermaai, this time we had a room with city view, which was a bit more noisy with the traffic then we thought. beach side is nice, pool and ocean for a swim.”

“The room was clean and basic. We were there basically just to sleep & shower so for that it was fine. However the standard room is very small with no view/balcony area (nowhere to hang wet clothing). However i feel like the staff wasn’t very helpful when we got there. The week of arrival, I had to do an “online check in” for “faster” check in however when we got there the room was not ready for the 3pm check in time. I asked around 3:30 and the guy at front desk wasn’t saying anything just that...

“If you’re not renting a car,then don’t stay on this property.Its so far away from the airport and downtown.The taxi so expensive.The beach was crowded.You have to pay for beds/palapa/cottage.The pool was big but crowded and dirty.And a lot of people smoking everywhere.Breakfast buffet is not worth the price you pay.Staff was great.Room was dark but spacious.”
