โWe had an excellent experience in the new hotel. Low Tide had great food and drinks, the service was super attentive, the pool, spa and room were nicely designed and at high standards. โ
โThe service was nice, our A/C, bed, and shower were all great. It was very quiet at night. The close location to Wharf and Downtown eats is great. We had a top floor corner room, which we hoped for. But I think we were too far from the router, our internet was awful. Also they bizarrely had an ashtray right in front of our window, so we dealt with smoke and smokers frequently. โ
โClean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.โ
โWest Cliff Inn is very charming and inviting. We were welcomed with a lovely happy hour and fresh cookies. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and was delicious. We utilized the available bikes for a nice ride down scenic West Cliff Drive. โ
โGood for one or two night; one light switch to power all the lights and power outlets, so charging donโt work when you out the lights out. Close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Private parking, clean room, noisy bed. All good for this price.โ
โThe manager was very friendly and great customer service. We got a very spacious room. Right when you walked in there is bed and the next room was a bed and both queens beds and it can with a small fridge and freezer and microwave. The bathroom was pretty cool and the hotel was worth the price. I also need additional room so to my family member wanted to stay the night and instead of sharing beds they hotel manager gave as other room for a cheaper prices of $79 and that room was in its own...
