Great location and fantastic balcony view. Probably best location in Dalyan. But no information in rooms. Good breakfast. No WiFi for four days which was reported and staff seemed indifferent. Very frustrating.

Fantastic Staff, very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was kept clean. Building and fittings looking a bit warn and tired and some attention needed around the pool grating, but I understand the hotel is due to be refurbished. I hope the atmosphere remains the same and the staff remain as friendly

Great Breakfast

Turkish breakfast was our favourite part about this hotel. The room is standard with a fridge, NO kettle for coffee or tea. The floor was really sticky when we arrived. Keep your shoes on!! An extra 450 lira a day if you want a river view even no the place was empty.

Öncellikle konumu çok güzel, kahvaltısı harikaydı. Odaların temizliği çok güzeldi sabun kokuları hakimdi. Resepsiyonda duran kişiler hariç herkes (garsonlar,temizlik personeli ) çok güler yüzlüydü. Başka bir pansiyonda arkadaşlarımızla oturma imkanı bulduk sahipleri o kadar cana yakın güler yüzlüydü ki bi aradık bizde o samimiyeti. Genel olarak güzeldi ama bir daha tercih edeceğimizi sanmıyoruz. Sanırım biz çift olarak samimiyetin köpeğiyiz 😂

Otelin nehir kenarında ve merkezde olması güzeldi.Temizlik gayet iyi. Odalar hergün temizleniyor. Kahvaltı yeterli idi.Biz kara tarafındaki odayı tercih etmiştik. Ama nehir tarafını tavsiye ederim. Yakınında bir bar olması nedeniyle gece gürültü oluyor. Nehir tarafınfaki odaların daha az gürültülü olacağını tahmin ediyorum. Sabah kahvaltının nehir kenarında olması çok hoş oluyor. Dalyan'a tekrar gitsem aynı oteli tercih edebilirim, tabii nehire bakan bir odayı seçerim :)

Die Anlage , İst durschnittlich Zimmer sind nicht gerade der Knaller. Um den Pool sind verschiedene Unfall Gefahren, wie lose Fliesen etc. Silikfugen offen.nicht gerade ansehnlich. Kein Hotel für Kinder da keine Spielmöglichkeiten. Der angebliche Hotel Parkplatz hat Platz für 4 Fahrzeuge. Für kurze Aufenthalte ist es in der Anlage in Ordnung. Frühstück war ganz ok. Aussicht vom Hotel aus gut,da Felsen Gräber in Sichtweite sind. Unmittelbarer Nähe Cafés Bars Restaurants.

memnun kalmadık

öncelikle otele girer girmez bir kavga ile karşılaştık. otel işletmecileri misafirlerinin memnuniyetini pek önemsemiyor gibiydi. odada tv ve aydınlatma arızalıydı. banyoda yeterli hijyen ürünü bulunmuyordu. otopark olduğu yazıyordu ancak otel önündeki 3-4 araçlık boşluk dışında otoparkı bulunmuyor. yakındaki okula ücret ödeyerek parkettik. kahvaltı için hazırlanan sıcaklar hiçbir zaman sıcak değildi. ürünleri de son derece kalitesizdi. otelin sadece konumu güzeldi.

Being the end of season, it seemed that they’d all but given up. The pool was filthy and on our penultimate day they put shovels full of quick lime into the pool. This was scattered all around the pool side with no warnings whatsoever! I asked the receptionist to move the hotel dog who was laid in it. The breakfast was poor and when something had run out on the buffet they weren’t prepared to replenish

Overlooking the river - great location

The rooms with balconies overlooking the river make this hotel special. This is the 2nd visit to the hotel and walking onto the balcony the 2nd time reaffirmed why I booked the hotel again. Bar and catering staff friendly and courteous.

The location of the property was very good other than that all were terrible from cleanliness to staff. I booked and paid for two nights but wouldn’t stay their the second night. I don’t think travelocity should be advertising for places and hotels as such. You would be driving your clients to use other agencies to book and plan their trips. I for one I used another agency to book in Ölüdeniz and Akyaka.
