I didn't get everyone's name but Rachel Francis was a joy and Leahh (the night attendant) was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, not to mention the entire breakfast crew was extremely helpful and a delight. They all made everything so easy and I would definitely say there again. I work in retail and I wish my staff was half as knowledgeable and courteous."

"My room was not clean when I arrived at 10:30pm. The receptionist and bar staff were amazing, but because the hotel was sold out we were sent to another hotel. That hotel room was much smaller, smelled like sewage, and had maintenance issues. The staff were amazing, but if management thinks that sending me to a smaller sub-par room at a different hotel is an equivalent then I have no desire to come back."
