“The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. This is a unique hotel and that uniqueness is on display all the time and it's fun. The continental breakfast was great.”

“Hotel was clean, friendly staff, excellent location/within easy walking distance to Fiserv Forum and Brewers Watch Party/Deer District which was the reason for our visit to Milwaukee. Excellent complimentary breakfast with many food choices - not a typical hotel continental breakfast. Valet service connected with hotel also had excellent customer service and car was same condition as when arrived, no scratches or ill-treatment as some reviews described in earlier reviews. Car was ready for...

“Great location in the third ward. Only issue was trying to get coffee on Monday morning. No room service and rude staff at the coffee counter.”

“great staff”

“Beautiful Victorian home with period correct funishings. The Bessie room was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious 😋. Highly recommend.”

“Never reserve a room at poto with this site. My husband paid 289 for a suite for one night but when we arrived they gave us a regular room. The staff could not accommodate us due to us using this site. This regular room has no microwave lol we shared one with other guest. It was horrible.”

“Location was perfect. A block away from public market. Easy ride-sharing access. Good breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom. Loved it.”

“We stayed here to see a comedian perform at The Riverside Theater. Parking options were valet or several public parking garages/lots right across the street and/or nearby. We happened to be getting married the following day and the desk agents congratulated us and comped us $20 coupons to the onsite restaurant and access to the executive lounge, which was a very kind and pleasant surprise. The property was incredibly nice and clean. It was quiet and we were greeted each time we came and left....

“Rooms were very clean . Breakfast was excellent. Decorated with beautiful antiques . Very charming interior. There was quite a bit of traffic noise from the neighborhood . Windows in my room were in poor repair and did not close properly. This made the traffic noise worse.”

“Very clean, comfortable, and slightly quirky rooms in a cool old building a short walk from everything downtown; the museums, Pabst theatre, 3rd ward, the river...its all within a 15 minute walk. This place is UNSTAFFED, which was okay with us. It would have been nice if the cute bar downstairs had been open, but it wasn't. Appreciated the coffee maker, hair dryer, and on-site paid parking. We reserved parking through SpotHero for way cheaper than what to he hotel asked.”
