First impression is clean. You can not feel any grit on the floor with your bare feet. The staff are always smiling esp Mohamad and attentive to our needs.They do daily housekeeping on request. The AC was not working properly on our first night but too late to report about this as we come back to the hotel very late. We reported it next day and was fixed in a timely manner. They are so thoughtful that they kept the AC running while we are away and by the time we come back the room was so cool.
To top it all , it is 5min walk to Jamma ElFinna so you have a lot of options for food, drinks and souveniers. I did not noticed much the noise some reviewers are talking about. The only thing to think about is the 2 flight of stairs but I managed it without problems having bad knees. For the price of our stay, the free breakfast is a bonus..
