The hotel should make more effort.
Only the location is the best. But other part is really not enough as a 4 star hotel. The hotel shoud be more clear and has more better service.

The location only recommendable
For someone who is love to antique style, this hotel is recommendable. The room is just normal but the hotel should think about the cleaning. It is near from downtown.

Excellent hotel in scruffy but central location. Spacious and spotless room, pleasant outside area and helpful staff. My only issue was that the WiFi was variable/poor which is problematic if you need, not want access.

Not too happy about this...
Good things: - Comfortable beds. - Morning omelet at Bfast buffee was good. Not good: - Gym opening hours is from 11. Even trying to get the access earlier to it was a hassel. - You will smell like fried food if you go to the breakfast buffé, especially your hair. Just coming out of the room on the second floor made us slightly nauseas. - No standardized level of english on the staff. - No introduction to the pool, gym or other information about the hotel at check-in. Overall, wouldnt choose this hotel again,

Very old, under construction, a lot of noise and dust all over. Will not stay or recommend

Great staff, needs some refinement to be 'luxury'
The bathrooms weren't very clean - our friends had hairs in the floor in theirs. You could see that the cleaning had been cursory - limescale and long term dirt on the back of shower levers, taps etc. Staff at front desk and in restaurants were fantastic - really friendly and helpful. In particular, a lovely man in the snack cafe. Breakfast was very good. We had a night of sleep completely ruined by partying/screaming guests in neighbouring rooms. They were asked to be quiet but some compensation for the massive inconvenience would've been appreciated. Unfortunately had our last afternoon plans of sitting relaxing by the pool distrusted by hours of maintenance work going on within 2 metres of our heads

Algo Recomendable el hotel. El resto nada más
El hotel en sí merece la pena a nivel general en calidad precio. No obstante no hay que olvidar que es un hotel cuatro estrellas categoría de Marruecos. La limpieza a mi sorpresa si que estuvo bien así como el jardín la piscina y amplia habitación. El hotel se encuentra a 300 metros de la parada de bus al o desde el aeropuerto por 30 Dírhams (3€) al lado de la Avenida Mohamed VI. Buffet desayuno a diario con siempre misma comida, pero ricas tortillas y tortitas hechas al momento. Se echaba de menos fruta fresca. Recepción amables. Están 24 horas. No nos gustó que había algunos gatos siempre dando vueltas, pero lo visto en esta religión son venerados, cosa que no lasa con los perros que apenas vimos en la ciudad :( El guía turístico que contratamos en el hotel para visitar las cataratas de Ouzoud, muy incompetente liante y tramposo. Hay que tener cuidado porque a veces todos en general son algo gánster con los turistas! Ubicación en zona segura y de lo más “moderno” de la zona. Repetiría por el hotel, pero no por la experiencia con Marroquíes en trato al turista, caos, suciedas y trato a animales que nos dejaron decepcionados.

Un hôtel vieillissant malgre des travaux bruyant a partir de 9h les chambres simples sont mieux que les mini suites ou il y a même pas de balcon par rapport a la mini suite ,la propreté pas terrible , les chambres et particulièrement les lits manque des lattes ils lz savent bien sur mais on nous donne quand même la chambre , le pti dej pas terrible .

Geweldige locatie als uitval basis. Schone kamers. Zeer gehorig door plavuizen in de gangen en slecht sluitende ramen tegen het lawaai van straat. Ontbijt is goed maar geen variatie, weinig keus.

Beautiful older hotel. Very clean and well maintained, with a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast too.

Hotel ligt op een half uurtje lopen van de medina , goed te doen , loopt langs groot winkelcentrum , leuk zwembad en goed ontbijt. Badkamer kan opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Hôtel plus que correct, la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement cependant le reste est ok. Petit déjeuner super nous avons adoré la variété et la qualité ainsi que l'amabilité des cuisiniers en salle, mention spécial à Khadija avec ces galettes de semoule incroyables dont toute ma famille parle encore tellement ont a aimé. Nous avons eu un séjour agréable parcontre le ménage dans notre chambre était toujours bâclé car a chaque fois on retrouvais des restes de nourriture malgré l'attention apporté aux lits. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir merci a tout le personnel.

Accueil lamentable personnel malhonnête et désagréable ils ont refusé de me donner la chambre que j’ai réservé et payé même en leur donnant mon bon de réservation prétextant un sur booking et ils m’ont redirigé vers un hôtel 100 mètres plus loin qui était complètement délabré et salle Diwane hôtel à fuir à fuir à fuir c’est une arnaque totale
