Ho dato voti negativi semplicemente perche per causa di malattia grave non ho potuto fare il viaggio, e nonostante la disponibilità di Expedia al rimborso, l'Hotel Riad lo ha rifiutato dicendo che avendo prenotato con Expedia non potevano. Ho anche chiesto sconto per un'eventuale prenotazione da fare a fine settembre, una volta guarita la malattia ma mi è stato rifiutato. Ritengo quindi che al costo di quasi 400 euro per non fruire posso dare giudizio negativo.

Fantastic, spacious, beautiful Riad in quiet street. Crisp white linen, comfy beds, lovely hosts, fantastic breakfast and a real bonus - cold plunge pool on roof terrace! Already recommended to other travellers.

The staff were ever so helpful and always had a smile when assisting. This is a very cute riad right in the heart of the city. Perfect for couples and includes a good varied breakfast.

In de avond wel iets rumoerig in de Riad maar niet een héél groot probleem. Het waren vnl de nieuwe gasten die geen rekening hielden. Op het dakterras was het heerlijk bij zonnig warm weer, super kunnen rusten van de drukte in Marrakesh. De receptie gaf ons aan dat het zeer veilig is in Marrakesh, wij 2 vriendinnen op reis in een grote stad, het was toch belangrijk om dit te weten. Het Riad personeel was direct aanwezig om een klein probleem op te lossen. Dagelijks werden de bedden verschoond, verse schone handdoeken geplaatst, prullenbak leeg en de badkamer schoon. Bedden waren prima om op te slapen! Het ontbijt volstond goed, service was uitermate goed en zeer beleefd. Zelfs onze laatste ochtend in de Riad kregen we nog om 7 uur in de ochtend een ontbijt, dat hadden wij totaal niet verwacht. De medewerker liep daarna zelfs met onze rolkoffers aan zijn hand naar de lokatie waar de taxi zou staan, echt super attent. De gereserveerde taxi, via de Riad besteld, was er op tijd! Ik ben onder de indruk en zal zeker weer Riad Amina boeken.

The raid was very lovely. Architecturally beautiful, well maintained and run family style. It felt like an extension of home where I was looked after but vacation style. As a female solo traveller sun glasses and hat are good tools to have on your daily adventures.I took advantage of the activities and pick up that they offered. Would I repeat? Yessssss!!

Exécrable!! Impossible de dormir avant 23h Le son de la musique dès 17h est tellement fort qu’on a l’impression qu’elle joue dans notre chambre. La poussière était visible partout soit tapis, sous le lit, plancher et l’escalier de la chambre. Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Ce n’est sûrement pas un 3 encore moins un 4 étoiles!! Le bruit des voix, claquements des portes, la vaisselle qu’ils lavent et placent sur les tables pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain peut durer une heure soit jusqu’à 23h. Pour entrer dans l’hôtel, il faut claquer un loquet et c’est tellement écho que le son parvient à notre chambre surtout la nuit.

Perfect location, within walking distance of some delicious restaurants and all the action! The staff were incredible and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They also have access to a spa which was a wonderful experience.

A Disastrous Disappointment Riad Amina
Security concerns plague this ill-fated location, with reports of crime and suspicious activities in the vicinity leaving guests feeling unsafe and uneasy. The lack of a visible police presence and the absence of well-lit pathways exacerbate the sense of vulnerability, making even a short walk to the nearest convenience store a nerve-wracking ordeal. I have been followed by few strange people. My recent experience at Riad Amina was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench that seemed to have taken residence in every nook and cranny of the building. The staff at the front desk were indifferent, to say the least, displaying an appalling lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. The so-called "complimentary breakfast" was nothing short of a joke. Stale pastries, lukewarm coffee, and a limited selection of unappealing items left me with no option but to seek sustenance elsewhere. To top it all off, the attitude of the management when I attempted to address my concerns was dismissive and unapologetic. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority for them. My advice: save yourself the headache and choose an alternative accommodation option. This hotel is a nightmare waiting to happen.

My room smelled like sewage and the staff, while friendly, did not welcome me. Additionally, they overcharged me for taxes. Unfortunately, as a foreigner, I had no way of knowing that until it was too late.

Nous reviendrons au RIAD Amina !
Très beau RIAD et très bien situé dans la Médina afin de pouvoir tout faire à pieds. Une équipe très aimable et aux petits soins. Très bonne table de restauration également. Nous sommes tous ravis de notre séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir au RIAD Amina lors d'un prochain séjour dans cette belle ville de Marrakech. Merci à tous pour votre accueil.

Decent, rather than amazing.
Stayed with some friends. Some rooms were small but there is a good range of spaces around the Riad. The rooftop pool is relatively small. However, some of the loungers were stained. Breakfast was fine, although would have preferred a buffet rather than having it brought to the table. I would have no issue with staying here again.

Great stay with wonderful staff
A lovely comfortable room - compact but with everything required for a great stay. Lots of out space to socialise - both indoors and on the rooftop terrace. Very helpful and friendly staff who did everything to make our short trip fun.

DO NOT BOOK A DOUBLE ROOM! Only book this Riad if you’re going to get a suite because the double room is Tiny! They give a very small Breakfast. They give some bread and jams with a cake and a tiny pancake (however I did ask them to make an omelette for me and they did with no extra cost) Some of the staff were friendly and very helpful, while others weren’t. Very noisy inside the room at night with random activities happening outside (cat fights and random people shouting really loud). Overall the stay was just OK, but defo not worth it if you’re booking a double room

Das Zimmer ist ganz anderst wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Matraze ist unter dem Leintuch mit einer Plastikfolie überzogen und knirscht bei jeder kleinen Bewegung, als noch ein socke hinter der Türe lag, war es einfach zu viel und wir haben das Hotel sofort gewechselt. Die Hotelmitarbeiter konnten das Geld nicht zurücküberweisen da wir öber ebookers Gebucht haben und sie hätten diesen Geld nicht. Die gesamte Situation wurde bei ebookers gemeldet

Ok but not more
This is a small Riad in the outskirts of the old town, although within the walls of the city. Quite hard to find. it's within walking distance to the mail old town area. Our room was extremly loud due to it's site above the reception and hotel entrance area. In addition, the room did not fulfill our expectation, only window at floor bottom, reahing to your stomach.... we therefore left this hotel 1 day earlier than planned. Service is though friendly.... and nice.

Très bien mais attention au bruit
Le Riad est très bien situé et le personnel est très agréable. Les chambres sont très propres et la climatisation fonctionne très bien. Le seul problème, le bruit. Les portes des chambres ont beaucoup de jours donc l’on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir.

The staff was very helpful with acclimating us to Marrakesh- they gave honest advice on what to look out for and local price expectations. They were extremely attentive. Had a lovely hammam experience and got recommendations for a nearby barber shop. The room was very large. The courtyard and rooftop deck were great places to relax during the day.

The entire staff was so amazing. They became like our family. Everyone genuinely cared about your time at the hotel, how your were from day to day, and your overall Morocco experience. The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily (like the floors are scrubbed down). Tea is served all day and the meals are incredibly delicious (the lamb tagine was so delectable). They help you with directions around the city. They even came to our rescue when we were lost. I would like to thank the entire staff: Younes, Fatima, the cook, and all the other staff members, including the bread man for making me and my daughter time in Morocco one to remember! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

We stayed for 6 nights and had a perfect time at this place. It's situated in foot-distance to all of the sights and calm at night. The beds are very comfortable, everything is as clean as it can be and everyone of the staff is really friendly (and joking). The breakfast is nice and there's a lot (!) to eat. Since the weather wasn't that great and I've been to Marrakech before, we've spent quite a bit of the day on the rooftop. Absolutely relaxing, I highly recommend this place.

Das Riad liegt super gut! Man ist direkt in den Souks der Medina und in ca. 20min auch am Jeema el Fna. Wie schon in vorherigen Bewertungen war es tatsächlich etwas laut aber ich glaube das das in keinem Riad sehr viel besser sein wird. Es ist alles sauber und das Frühstück schmeckt gut. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und je nachdem wer da ist, kann es einem auch Helfen wenn man Fragen zu Aktivitäten, abends ausgehen etc. hat.
