Never again is all I can really say . I wanted to get the Moroccan experience but I will never stay in this riad again . Next time I will rent an apartment or stay in a hotel . When I first got there things were fine but it quickly changed . The room was extremely cold . Shower barely got hot I’m anemic so I literally slept with my clothes on . Breakfast was mediocre literally the same thing everyday . Staff ( well one particular employee) was extremely shady . Constantly knocking at the door even after I said I was going to sleep. I traveled alone to Morocco doesn’t mean I want to get harassed . I traveled alone for the past 2 years but I never felt as uncomfortable. The employee constantly asked if I liked him even though I told him no we’re just cool I barely know you . He would try to pressure me into to doing things that I said no to. He wouldn’t take no for an answer . I had to literally start ignoring him . He seen me talking to a guy outside the riad and screamed at me telling me not to talk to him as if he was my boyfriend or husband . I didn’t know this man from a can of paint literally . It was just overall not a good experience. I was supposed to leave on the 29TH but with the border shutting down I was stuck in morocco.The owner did accommodate me ( with payment of course ) but I do believe he was dishonest . At the end of the day it was just about the money . The only reason I did not leave the riad is because other riads in the area were in worse conditions .

We stayed for 1 night, and that's more than enough. First the manager is a crook. Yes there are extra fees, however the manager demanded nearly double the amount listed on Expedia. We showed him what was on Expedia, and he said no and demanded more money. The other staff members were helpful when we needed something. As for the room, it was on the 1st floor. TINY!! There was no hot water, the water in the shower didn't drain. Sink pipe was leaking. And yes, there was a big spider, in that bathroom. So stay away, that manager rips you off and he could care less about any prove you have. Spend your money elsewhere.

Publicité mensongère, les photos annoncées n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité, jacuzzi non opérationnel, chambre sans placard, confort très sommaire et draps sales. Luminaires cassés, sols sales, vraiment un Riad d’escrocs...Frais exorbitants de ménage à régler sur place, je ne recommande surtout pas cet établissement et il n’est même pas digne d’apparaître sur Expedia. Pas de clim ni de télé même en payant !! Pour preuve les mauvais commentaires sur les autres sites de réservation, fuyez ..

Riad à éviter
Ce riad doit être exclu de votre carnet d'adresse. Les promesses du site internet ne sont aucunement réelles. La piscine est en réalité un jacuzzi gonflable, mis au rebus de part de sa vétusté, sa saleté et son non fonctionnement. Il vous sera compté 4€50 de ménage/jour/personne non effectué. Le patio est nettoyé sur 1 m2. Le personnel est en perpétuel repos, alité sur les coussins. Réclamer sera votre passe temps favori. La climatisation, "facturée", est hors d'usage. Comme ils disent, "ce soir, vous, dormir chaud". Bref, il existe une kyrielle de Riad...évitez le Riad Hannah.

Comodo albergo nel cuore della Medina
L'albergo si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza Jamaa el Fnaa. Lo staff è molto gentile e cordiale, al nostro arrivo ci è stato offerto tè alla menta e ci hanno dato indicazioni sulle cose da non perdersi. L'albergo ha inoltre convenzioni con diverse guide turistiche, e propongono una serie di tour della città e delle attrazioni nelle vicinanze di Marrakech a prezzi abbastanza vantaggiosi. C'è stata però una parte spiacevole: nelle condizioni di prenotazione, a fianco del pagamento, erano indicati i supplementi per le tasse di soggiorno e di pulizia, con indicato il prezzo a notte a ospite. Chiaramente l'indicazione non è messa in evidenza al momento dell'acquisto, e nella pratica al check in ci siamo ritrovati a pagare praticamente la stessa somma già pagata su Expedia. Per di più abbiamo riservato una camera tripla, e ci sono state invece date due camere divise e ci è stato richiesto un ulteriore supplemento per la seconda stanza. Sembrava quasi una presa in giro.

UNE PERSONNE ADORABLE LE MONSIEUR QUI NOUS A SERVIS. « Leurs larbin a tout faire était à nos soin et de mon côté ma toucher car il faisait tous pendant que les patrons ce là voulais douce. Sans commentaire. Nous avons prévue de rester 4 nuit nous sommes partie le lendemain de la 1 ère nuit dans un hôtel 4* par contre c’était mieux.

Desurcroît le Riad n'est absolument pas fléché.

Worst welcome ever. They made us pay without explainjng about cleaning room. We enter the room nit that clean. Also supper noizy place. You will be awake at 6 am ny other guest. Nous avons réservé une semaine complète au Riad Hannah.Nous sommes arrivés de nuit vers 20h, nous nous sommes acquittés des taxes de séjour et du nettoyage de la chambre, normal, c'était prévu.La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont TRES vétustes. La surprise a été au réveil, de jour, nous constatons que tout est sale, pire, les draps n'avaient pas été changés,nous y trouvons des poils. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait, nous vous épargnons les détails de la balayette du wc ! Deux jours plus tard nous partons pour 4 nuits à Essaouira, précisant bien au patron du Riad Hannah que nous revenons y passer la nuit du 25/02, veille de notre retour en France. Quelle n'est pas notre surprise à notre retour le 25 ? la chambre n'est plus disponible, elle a été relouée. La belle affaire, ils encaissent 2x pour la même chambre !! En remplacement nous avons été logés dans un foyer pour jeunes, couchettes en dortoir lits superposés, douches communes etc . Nous y avons rencontré 2 jeunes femmes qui étaient dans le même cas que nous. Ce problème semble donc récurent au Riad Hannah, qui en tout bon sens, devrait être retiré des offres Expédia, car ceci est inadmissible.

Ho prenotato questo Riad sia per la posizione che per il prezzo effettivamente molto favorevole ma al mio arrivo l'amara scoperta. Mi sono stati chiesti costi aggiuntivi che in nessuna altra struttura mi erano mai stati chiesti (tassa di soggiorno, sovrapprezzo per la pulizia della camera) e che di fatto annullavano la vantaggiosità dell'offerta, ma la cosa ancora peggiore è che mi è stato detto che il riad era pieno e quindi mi avrebbero dato una stanza in un riad diverso in una zona diversa e distante 15 minuti a piedi dal Riad Hannah. Alle mie rimostranze il personale, compreso il proprietario del Riad, si sono dimostrati più che scortesi con me e alle 19.00 di sera mi sono dovuta cercare un altro riad. Questo era il mio quarto soggiorno a Marrakech e sono stata ospite in molti riad, ce ne sono di bellissimi e con personale molto cortese, il riad Hannan è assolutamente da evitare!

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été taxé de 840 dirhams nous avions encore les sacs à la main Nous avons ensuite entendu un discours du gérant un grand sketch et rempli les papiers pour la douane Nous avons pu enfin découvrir notre chambre de luxe Lit avec draps et couvertures tachées excréments encore présents dans la cuvette des toilettes éclairage de la salle de bain avec fils et ampoule apparente évier bouché douche remplie de moisissures du sol au plafond sans compter l’odeur une vraie chambre de luxe Le gérant pas inquiet pas même surpris Nous décidons donc de quitter sur le champ cet endroit immonde Après avoir passé 30 coup de téléphone (hors forfait bien sûr) nous trouvons donc un hôtel digne de ce nom qu’il a fallu régler intégralement et à 1h du matin nous avons pu nous coucher dans une chambre propre sans odeur et avec une salle d’eau accessible propre et sans danger

Dette er det værste hotelloppholdet jeg har hatt. Vi la oss etter en slitsom dag, og bare etter Max en time merket jeg at noe krøp på skulderen min. Vi fant 5 digre veggdyr bare på puta mi og flere på madrassen. Vi fikk ikke penger tilbake. Og kunne ikke sove der.. Dro videre med en gang til nytt hotell og har fryst bagasjen vår. Badet var også muggent som bare det

Uninterested staff
The staff were lazy and not at all helpful. We arrived and were told that we had to stay in a different Riad because of a leak in the room. We arranged for breakfast at 0730 because we had a taxi booked for 0830. We arrived at Riad Hannah for breakfast and the staff were lazing around and completely uninterested in helping to get our breakfast. Incredibly useless staff with a terrible attitude. By far the worst Riad I visited in Morocco.

Fatal! Ni me quisieron ir a recoger
marrakesh es una ciudad un poco confusa e insegura para un primer visitante. Las calles no están bien señalizadas y son como laberintos donde puedes perderte si es tu primera vez allí. Yo he ido por trabajo .. y estaba en otro road trabajando y les llame y les pedí que me acompañarán a mi risd porque no sabía cómo llegar. Y me dijeron que no tenían tiempo para eso. Del otro donde estaban me intentaron indicar cómo llegar y me aventuré a ir sola, y fue mi mala fortuna que pase uno de los miedos más grandes de mi vida y por consecuencia nunca encontré donde estaba el riad Hannah y no puede alojarme allí, teniendo que contratar otro riad. Es una vergüenza que ni siquiera se preocuparon porque un huésped nunca apareció con su reserva, pero no han tenido ningún problema en cobrarme las dos noches. Así que por mi podrían cerrarlo! El servicio es nefasto.

Para empezar pedimos que vinieran a buscarnos al aeropuerto previo pago y no nos contestaron. Llegamos allí y la habitación que nos dieron estaba justo al lado de la sala de estar, tenía un baño sin luz y con humedad, aparte de escucharse todo lo que pasaba en la sala de estar. Pedimos cambiar la habitación por este tema y nos dijeron que no, y que ya lo arreglarían al día siguiente. Además la puerta de la habitación funcionaba con un pestillo que dejaba mucho que desear. Por lo demás el resto de la habitación normal y el recepcionista lo único bueno del lugar, nos dijo donde cenar y cómo movernos por la ciudad.

Great Riad Close to Amenities
If you want fancy then stay in the New Town but if you want the real Marrakech experience then stay at Riad Hannah. This Riad looks nothing from outside but once you step through the door, you get this friendly homely welcome. It is basic in general, with an open plan area where all guests seem to commune in the evenings to chat. Open policy on the kitchen so you can use whenever you want, constant supply of green tea (which was delicious) and they even provided popcorn and nuts for guests who where chatting in the evenings. They were extremely helpful and will organize everything for you in regards to day trips etc. I would highly recommend the spa where they organized out Hamman Treatment.

Was looking forward to our stay
Due to the death of my sister we had to change our travel plans. We were arriving a day later but this riad who were informed of what had happened actually cancelled our reservation. Our rooms had been prepaid & we had to look for alternative accommodation which was awful considering we had just buried our beautiful sister

Friendly Riad in the Medina
Riad Hannah is in a quiet street in the maze of small roads around the souks. It is a lovely house with all the traditional Moroccan features you would expect. Our room was small but very comfortable with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The staff were lovely - friendly and helpful. Drew us maps and booked us trips and taxis. Mint tea available at all times! We are 2 women and felt safe in the hotel and location.

RIAD BIEN SITUADO
Riad con correcta relación calidad-precio. A los precios de expedia hay que añadir: tasa de pernoctación, desayuno (opcional pero muy recomendable), limpieza (sí o sí) y aire acondicionado (opcional pero muy necesario). Total: 10-12 € más por noche. El acceso es complicado puesto que está en una calle muy estrecha de la medina, pero con ayuda y unas propinillas la gente te lleva. Hay una zona común con mesas y sillas y un pequeño salón con televisión y biblioteca. El personal del riad es muy amable y miran de ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Además es muy fácil hacer amistad con otros huéspedes. Se puede también hacer uso de la cocina y la nevera. La habitación es correcta aunque no hay televisión y en algunas no hay armarios para colocar la ropa. Encuentro a faltar asimismo perchas para colgar la ropa. Lo recomiendo para aquellas personas que quieran una estancia asequible y quieran experimentar en primera persona la sensación de vivir en una casa típica marroquí. Lo desaconsejo para aquellos que busquen comodidades propias de un hotel.

un hotel muy acogedor, con un personalmuy atento.
La estancia fuen totalmene satisfactoria, el hotel y sus instalaciones dentro de lo esperado, sin ser excelente cumplia de sobra las necesiadades, lo mejor el personal que nos ayudo y atendio en todo, incluso por encima de lo esperado,para mi totalmente ecomendable.

Not too bad but not good at all
Just a few minutes walk to the big square, however it's hardly find this hotel yourself unless with help of locals (Certainly needs tips!). Poor Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor and cannot accept there's no kettle in the room! One of the staff who can speak English would recommend day trip to you but poor experience with that, feels like being cheated. Won't choose here anymore!

El hotel está bueno. Dentro del precio, no recuerdo el nombre pero un chico flaco , súper amable nos tuvo mucha paciencia, la ubicación desde la plaza es complicada, no muy limpio pero bueno ambiente

Hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen
Das Hotel ist im allgemeinen nicht zu empfehlen . Ich habe im Hotel meine Uhr unter dem Kopfkissen vergessen,habe sie leider nicht mehr wieder bekommen . Da sie laut Aussage nicht im Zimmer auf zu finden war und ich selbst nicht nach schauen durfte!

Nice place, but pay attention to the hidden costs
Riad Hannah is a nice place in the middle of Medina. The location is perfect, although it's hard to find it for the first time. Most probably you will need somebody to tell you the way, and make sure to agree for a fair price (10-20 dirham it's fair enough, when they see u arriving with luggages they will ask you even 200 dh...). But after a couple of strolls throughout the Medina you will discover how easy is to get there. Our room was in the terrace, in the last floor, very quiet unlike the first two floors. The room was more than fine for the price, comfortable double bed, good shower (and you're gonna use it). The only problem we had were the hidden costs we discover at the arrival: city tax par day par person, and mandatory cleaning fees par day par person, which we found a little ridiculous given that cleaning a double room for one or two people doesn't change much. But apparently not there. To be fair, we have to say that some website mentioned these costs, however some others (for example the one we used) didn't, and it was an unpleasant surprise that almost doubled the price of our accommodation (yes, we got a good bargain while booking, maybe too good to be true). But even so, we definitely recommend this place.
