Es como en las fotos, es muy auténtico. Lo escogimos porque estaba alejado de la Medina buscando más tranquilidad pero tiene al lado dos mezquitas y con los altavoces se oye muchísimo a todas horas. El primer día no nos hicieron la habitación, ni limpieza ni camas, no lo entendemos.Desayuno no Buffett, y nos ponían a todos los huéspedes en una única mesa, siendo que el comedor es amplio, no es agradable estar obligado a compartir mesa con personas que no conoces de diferentes nacionalidades, el personal de recepción serio y desagradable, no lo recomiendo ni repetiría. La cena que hicimos allí nos la ofrecieron al llegar y aceptamos. Fue un cous cous. Nos cobraron 25 eur por persona y 3 eur botella de agua. Un despropósito. Viajamos a menudo y este es el peor destino con diferencia en el que hemos estado

Bom diaLamentamos que você não tenha gostado de sua estadia. Em Marrocos existem mesquitas em todos os bairros com altifalantes. No dia seguinte à sua chegada você não havia deixado as chaves, então a faxineira não conseguiu limpar seu quarto. O princípio do riad é o convívio e muitas vezes os clientes gostam de se reunir. Para o jantar não foi só cuscuz, mas entrada, cuscuz e prato principal. Além disso, você pediu uma redução no preço e eu deduzi 25 euros da sua fatura. Quanto ao pessoal, temos comentários muito bons sobre o seu profissionalismo.Com os melhores cumprimentos

Highly recommended. I stayed for 9 nights over two intervals and had a wonderful stay. The property is on a quiet street convenient to Cadi Ayyad University and a 15 minute taxi ride from the RAK airport. The Riad's staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooftop dining/lounging areas were a plus, especially at the end of the day when things cool off. Would recommend to future travelers and will return myself.

Traditional Moroccan Riad
We received a warm Moroccan welcome with tea and cookies. Our room was comfortable and clean and included free bottles of water. The bathroom was amazing and had a bath. Only downside was the location, for us not a problem as we had already been more central for a few days. I would have been disappointed if this was my only night in Marrakesh as it is far away from the main sights

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we are in Gueliz and therefore outside the Medina. Like you, many people return to Marrakech several times for work or tourism. While it is normal to want to spend your first stay in the heart of the Medina (where you have to walk a lot and face many mopeds), people who come back generally seek more calm, better access to the outside, a real neighbourhood life and easy parking. Tout comme vous, de nombreuses personnes reviennent plusieurs fois à Marrakech pour le travail ou pour le tourisme. S'il est bien normal d'avoir envie de passer son premier séjour au coeur de la Médina (ou il faut beaucoup marcher et affronter de nombreuses mobylettes), les gens qui reviennent recherchent généralement plus de calme, un meilleur accès sur l'extérieur, une vraie vie de quartier et un stationnement aisé. A Lovely Find!
Experience: The staff at the Riad are incredibly accommodating. Adil went above and beyond to help with any request, and communicated with taxi drivers on our behalf (we had a very limited command of either French or Arabic). Amenities: Having WiFi and free breakfast is a big win, especially when you get good coffee and a selection of teas. Other amenities such as free bottled water, hot water and dependable heating /cooling unit are also a huge plus. I would advise communicating with the Riad, right after you book, so you know what room you'll be getting. The details may differ from what you see on the Hotels.com site (# of beds, size, layout, etc). Bathrooms are on the smaller aside but adequate and clean (make sure to have slippers with a good tread, so as not to slip coming in and out of the shower). Location: We quite enjoyed the peace and quiet of not being in / right by the medina. Other: Riad l'Escale was a great place to stay while experiencing Marrakech. We got to meet the owner who was very warm and welcoming, and hosted a lovely New Year's Eve party right in the Riad. I would definitely stay here again, if I'm back in the area.

Great hotel
We booked this small riad last minute on the day of our stay so when we arrived the riad was closed because the staff was unaware of my booking last minute. I called the number that I was provided in the confirmation and the woman came immediately to open the riad and let us in. We were the only guests and the staff made us feel very welcome with tea and cookies while we waited to check in. The riad has a very beautiful courtyard/dining area in the middle with a pool off to the side with the rooms overlooking from the balconies up above. After dinner outside, we enjoyed a few beers up on the nice rooftop terrace while we watched the nearly full moon rise. Adli (sp?) took extremely good care of us and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was served in the morning with fresh fruit and pastries. It was a very nice stay here.

extremely nice staff in traditional riad
extremely nice staff, who helped in any way needed, in traditional riad mini hotel of about 8 rooms. open interior traditional courtyard with hand laid tile mosaics and amazing arabesque wood work. Clean tho basic rooms w huge bed.
