Room was spotless. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay after a brutal overnight flight. Lovely staff. Was a catch up on sleep stay as we headed up North. It’s not a five star luxury resort so rating it for what it is.

We loved Arkana. We were made to feel like one of the family and staff were super friendly and able to assist with anything. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed.
