The staff was really nice and helpful The pool was clean and warm, since it is winter it was nice to be able to swim and feel comfortable. Breakfast bar has nice options.

Family Visit
We were visiting family. It was just me and my girls so I wanted somewhere I felt safe and this hotel was one. Everyone was nice, too. I just wish the breakfast lasted longer than 6-9!!

as I entered the hotel lobby the presence was dark I felt I had walked back in time . I looked around and my whole mood changed. the atmosphere was unsettling.I will probably never stay here again .

Poor nights stay
The security door at end of the hallway that required a door key card to open was broken, so all that was needed was to pull the door handle and anyone could walk in. The ice machine on 1st floor was broken, only found out after asking clerk where it was and found note to go up stairs on it. Fire alarm went off 4 times 11 PM, 12AM 12:10AM short in system and 5:14AM maintenance checking it! No refund or reduction in fee offered at check out!

Wouldn't do it
No working pool so with 3 kids made it very hard. Decided to leave early because it was hard with 3 kids in a room and got no sort of compensation

The Staff went out of their way to help us with our cell phones that were not using our data. Helped us get on wifi and set our map to get us to our destinations.

We arrived around midnight to find out our rooms were double booked upon arrival so were sent away. We were told at the desk we would be refunded but as yet have not been (it has been over a month).

Stuff Friendly, welcome snack and nice breakfast. The shower curtain is not long enough and the tub cap did not work well when I have a bath.

This hotel needs work!!
My daughter is in travel ball so we have stayed at numerous hotels over the years and this was by far the dirtiest and unfriendliest place ive ever stayed. Used soaps in shower and sticky stuff all over the floors. The door didnt shut correctly so anyone could get in. The lady at front with blue hair was so rude and unpleasant. The pool and hot tub were not working. Just a crappy experience all around.

We needed a nice place to stay for the night. The check-in was good and the room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner turned on and off periodically. It kept the room nice and cool. We could tell the room was a little worn, but there was nothing broken or not working in our room. The free breakfast was a surprise as they had hot food items there. Cheese Omelettes, Turkey sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, make your own waffles, hot oatmeal with toppings, cold cereal, bagels, toast, coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate and milk. We got there at the very end of the breakfast serving period, but we were very satisfied with the hot breakfast meal. What a great end to our stay!

Stay away
Hotel was not at all what we expected. First off we had reservations for king suite with sofa bed. We received two queens. They didn’t even tell us of the change. We walked into room and saw 2 beds. I went down and asked they said “ oh we must be full and no one told me they changed your reservation I will have the manager give you a credit “. Never received credit. Actually charged on credit card And gift card so got double charged. The girl at the desk was brand new and had no manager on duty with her to show her how to fix it. And I never got a call from the manager when she came in about Correcting the billing error. Unfortunately I don’t even believe them when they said they were full, We saw maybe 12 other guests And Most of those guests sat in the lobby all day. The air conditioner worked randomly. The refrigerator only worked on high. So everything was warm or frozen. No In between. The door didn’t close properly, so you could see light at the top as well as we could hear the people come back at 2 am each night. The threshold was moldy and broken. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. They say breakfast from 6-10. We were down at 8 and there was hardly anything left. The staff checked on it several times but never refilled a thing. We were on the second floor And it had a musty odor and very grimy carpets. Not what someone would expect from a Hilton with a rating of “fabulous”. Nothing fabulous about this place.
