"Room was in good condition. Staff was friendly. Near downtown area. A little noisy in the early morning hours. Not sure if it was others staying in the building or people out on the streets playing loud music. Then early morning downtown traffic noises."

"The location was convenient. Two blocks from the beach and right on the muni line. The band in the bar downstairs was quite loud some nights. The vents on the heater needed cleaning desperately"

"The rooms were very dirty. The heater didn't work in one of the rooms. And the plumbing made very loud noises when taking a shower. We checked in Friday (12/12/25) at 9pm, but, checked out Saturday (12/13/25) at 9am. Even though we had originally booked for 2 days. Expedia credited back the one day we did not stay. Thank you, Expedia. We ended up going to another hotel."

"After paying $180 per night, midweek, through Expedia, the hotel charged an added $41 per night amenity fee. There are very minimal amenities here."
