"Alhamdulillah, it’s a very nice hotel with super friendly staff. Special shoutout to MD Tanvir for taking care of everything. We reached the hotel around 4:00 AM, and our official check-in time was 4:00 PM. Alhamdulillah, we were able to pray Fajr on time and had breakfast. We were worried about a long wait, but the staff arranged our room within a couple of hours, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel. The main reason is hygiene outside food from many places may not always be safe, and getting sick, especially with food poisoning, can affect your ibadah. This hotel had one of the best breakfasts and is also very close to Masjid Nabawi. Highly recommended."

"Yes all that. Staff was really caring and was even going out of their way to help and care for the comfort and easiness of its guests there. No matter how bizi team was there. Carers was making sure all amenities are provided in the room and never out of stock when people are using for their respective rooms. "

"The carpet in the room was dirty. Even I requested to clean.but no show .. Otherwise very very close to masjid Nabvi. But men area from this facility great. But for women is very far to pray in masjid Navi women area. For women you have to find other hotels.. Because women have to long walk for prayer in masjid Nabvi. Don’t recommend for women z But for men is the best hotel.."
