“The location was very clean and modern with a friendly staff. The beds and bed pillows were very mushy. There was plenty of lighting in the room but it was all too harsh and in your face. We were there two nights and we didn't get any maid service or clean towels after our first night there. We would stay there again but there are definitely things to improve on.”

“The hotel has a few positives: a firm, comfortable king-size bed, modern TV with Netflix, standing shower, mini fridge, free all-day lobby coffee, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and a 24-hour gym. Room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Both the air conditioning and sink had unpleasant odors. The thin walls made neighboring conversations and laughter clearly audible at 11 PM. The pillows were extremely flat and soft—even stacking four barely provided adequate...

The shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable and the flow rate was not adjustable; the spray was too powerful and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good both mornings that we were there. “We arrived late at night and had chosen this hotel due to EV Chargers. Unfortunately not only were there no charging parking spots available, there wasn’t a single spot to park in at all. They charged us $5 a night for parking which was a surprise to me when we checked in. Seems absurd to pay for parking and then have to park at a grocery store and walk over in the middle of the night.”

“매사누튼워터파크에 다녀오는 길에 묵었는데 좀 멀더군요 하지만 호텔은 새로지어 예쁘고 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 다 좋았어요 다만 조식이 그닥 먹을게 없다는 점이 아쉽네요”
