“The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is great if you want peace and quiet; it’s not near too many other resorts. There are clubs nearby, outdoor which allows you to enjoy the outdoor air and environment. You have to take a taxi to go from the resort to downtown or walk maybe quarter a mile to bus transportation, which was easy to use.”

“Very beautiful resort with really good food. The resort is actually impeccably clean. The rooms are gorgeous. The staff was extremely attentive. Just be careful when booking. I booked for 2 and noticed day before departure that the booking had somehow changed to a booking for 1 person, but at the same price for two! It was a little horrific as I had to pay considerably more upon arrival! Significantly more. Now I have a small claims court date to contend with. Very unfortunate. But the resort...

“The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. Our room was cleaned each day, with a nightly turndown service, which was a nice touch. We loved that it is a small property - ran into many of the same couples during our stay, but also felt like we had privacy and down time. Would go back and highly recommend it for other looking for a quiet get away.”

“We had a fabulous trip to Sugar Bay, staying for 8 nights. The weather was lovely with a breeze and some showers to help cool. The staff and service were fantastic, so friendly and attentive in every part of the hotel. I enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and especially using the swim up bar. The food choices were varied and always cooked and presented well. We loved the Sizzles restaurant that we visited twice during our stay. We both said we would happily return 😎”

“We had an amazing time at the resort.The resort was clean enough, well maintained; there was some construction noise, but nothing disruptive. There is no elevator, but each of the buildings are 3 or 4 storeyed so you don't really need one unless you need accommodations. There are few restaurants but not everything opens at all times so check the schedules. Amenities were good, only thing, bathroom lacked exhaust fans so we had to keep the windows slightly open for air circulation and humidity...
