" Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Kitchen cabinets were completely empty. Floors in room were in need of repair or replacement. Half the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, so the rolls were set on the back of the toilet which is impossible to reach when needed so I put a roll on the bathtub. Electronic key did not always work so the front desk had to let me in and reset it several times. At least it worked the night I was out late so nobody was manning front desk. Halls were generally quiet but since my room was near housekeeping, I did sometimes hear them going in and out. Also heard garbage disposal from other rooms but that did not bother me. I didn't see any restaurants etc nearby and no complimentary breakfast. Overall served my purpose which was a place to stay while visiting family after the first hotel I reserved months ago canceled my reservation before I arrived and said no rooms were available due to a long-term contract being extended. I didn't bring a car but it appeared the lot was full at night.Snack and beverage vending machines in lobby."

"This is 2.5 start hotels Furniture & Fixtures needs to be upgraded "

"Several items to note> 1. There was no place to plug the Coffee pot in. so i had to improvise with the power strip that powered the uwave and frig.. Not fun. 2. The toilet was made for small children, and flushed it self every 30min. Annoyoing! 3. the beds squeak and there was no back support. Uncomfortable! I would have complained, if your going to put in the worst room in the hotel then perhaps I should rethink my next stay,and go back to the Marriott."

"Brand new and feels like it. Staff was super helpful and very kind. Everyone had a smile and was amazing. The staff at the desk were so nice. I got in a little early and they didn’t give me a hard time and found a room that was ready early. That is so appreciated when you had to catch 2 flights to get there. Loved this property and will be back."

"We had an issue with the room. One of the staff members stated he may not be able to change us to another room due to the number of guests they had; however Ms Gabby stepped in and changed us to the room we paid for. She was so helpful and greeted us with a smile and friendly word every time she saw us."

"First of all they waited until i git there to tell me that i had to pay $100 security deposit. The room was raggedy and it had roaches in it. The bathroom sink was broken. The towels had hair on it and the floor had burn marks everywhere. The bed barely had cover on it also. Also, the elevator stopped working."

"The breakfast was ok, the room was clean and the bed and a/c all really good. The roll in shower though was good except water leaked all over the floor and had to use all the towels to mop it up. The sink water pressure was very week. But all and all was a pretty good room."

"Room had holes we found a roach in the bathroom and no one cleaned the room for us daily. We had to borrow their vacuum cleaner to clean our own room. The breakfast was in poor condition and we always had to ask for new clean towns daily. Will never go back"
