Room was amazing…breakfast was also very Godoy…only downside was water was lukewarm in our room and our friend’s room which made for a very quick shower.

The Bungalows on Shary, Mission-McAllen was quite a Wonderful surprise. I initially picked it because of the low price, pool, and hot tub. To our surprise it was much more than that! Our room was very spacious and with very modern high end decor. We had the whole place to ourselves, or so it felt that way. We barbecued, swam all day and played music. We will definitely be back with our family, but loved it just for a quick weekend get a way for two.

We liked the room! Roomy, Very high-end and clean. Location was very good for us near our daughter's house. There were just a couple minor things missing once in a while, but no big deal (i.e. towels, 1 robe, matt at the door, etc.). We had a very nice experience. JK

Room was great, but service could use some work.
We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite so this review is based on that. The room itself was excellent. As hotel rooms go, it was huge. It was decorated a bit modern for our taste, but it was tasteful and well done. My wife is an interior designer, so she had a couple of things to nit pick, but overall she liked the room a lot. The grounds and pool area looked great, though we didn't get to really spend too much time there. The staff was just OK. The room had electric shades controlled by a... well a remote control. The shades to the small terrace did not have the remote. I asked the front desk 3 times to please bring one. I also asked for another robe (the room just had one). Anyway, suffice it to say, we got nothing I asked for. The only excuse I got was that there was no one to take it to me. The first two times I asked were pretty much right after check in (around 3:30pm), so I know they had people around at that time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time staying in the Honeymoon suite. I would recommend it for a couple for as a nice getaway or staycation.

We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again. The courtyard is very pretty. I didn’t enjoy the pool as much because it was heavily chlorinated and water was cloudy. Also it is irritating to have to wear a wrist band while at the property.
