트렌디한 호텔
새로지은 건물이라 그런지 깨끗하고 대단히 트렌디 합니다. 근대 밤새 로비에서 노래가 흘러나와 방으로 미세하게나마 음악소리가 계속 들려서 민감하신 분들은 참고하셔야 할것 같습니다.

I left the facility with dozens of bug bites around my feet/ankles, flea bites or bed bugs. You choose-I say fleas because they are what I have experienced before. Our dog is pest free-husband checked him at our next stop and he remains pest free. Great choice of restaurants nearby , just take your life in your hands to navigate the confusing navigation instructions ( make a I turn here, enter and creep thru several parking lots to get to choice). Front desk young woman was lovely, offered several suggestions.

Nice and clean .Modern design. Cons:very noisy , could hear trucks on the highway and neighbors being loud. Sound insulation is not good.

The property was brand new so that always helps. I booked it last minute and couldn't book the lesser AMT rooms boooo but could book the higher AMT rooms. The only "weird" thing was that the bathroom door didn't stay open. So you'd be brushing your teeth at the sink and the door would be hitting you or resting on your butt or back of leg... depends on height....

Staff is awesome. Rooms are minimalist but perfect for short stays. Bed was super comfy. Offered several good choices for breakfast. This chain has become my favorite.

Highly mediocre
Rather unwelcoming service. Television did not work in the room. But they told me they were just sorry about that. No further action taken. The place was moderately clean. Bathroom was kind of gross. Even though it's a dog friendly hotel, there was no real place to walk the dog Overall, if you have a chance to stay somewhere else, I probably would

The night check in was great. However our room had a HUGE live roach in the bathroom. We left at 5:00 am looking forward to our coffee and the pots were empty. Another guest asked the staff for fresh coffee and she said 6 minutes. 15 minutes later we left without coffee. Very disappointed in the Tru. I’ve stayed in several other Tru and was never disappointed. On my return trip I’ll be staying elsewhere.

Pillow cases were stained with what appeared to be blood. Overall nice place to stay but should trash stained pillow cases instead of reusing.

Tesla destination chargers were GREAT!!! The woman who checked us in at 10:30PM on 10/25/2023 was a sweetheart!!! She was delightful, professional, efficient, and outstanding!! Facility and rooms were clean and looked well kept. Great experience!

Think The Jetsons
The hotel us ultra modern, not your traditional hotel, no drawers for clothes, a few hangars with open floor plan concept, no coffeemaker, ice bucket, et cet. It is super ecofriendly and modernand the rim was super clean. Nice stay for one night during travel

It took 3 rooms until we were settled and we were exhausted from a long drive! First room they gave us had not been cleaned from the last guests and was filthy, towels on floor, garbage on table and beds not made! Second room the AC unit was locked on 58 degrees, it was freezing and the button would not move to adjust. So the nice Man at the counter had us pick between two rooms, I picked the one that smelled like bleach as I thought it must be clean and we lift the covers and there was hair and dirt under the covers on sheets, it was obvious the bedding had not been changed! We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep so we slept on top of covers. I was very disappointed as I had stayed here approx 4 years prior and it used to be clean. We will not be staying here again, there are several hotels in same area, I strongly encourage you to stay there.

When I arrived before 12am the lobby was dark as if everyone was asleep in bed, when I checked in my room the noise was outrageous. I thought someone was about to fall through the ceiling. I called front desk and reported this matter minutes later it calmed down, and then begin again. I also noticed in the shower there was feces in the shower corner I reported this matter to management, and I was moved and guaranteed a better stay. The manager was very apologetic and even refunded the first night. She was kind to my children and gave them items from the snack store and assured me that we would be moved to a better room. The new room was very clean but the fridge did not work and soiled my food I was traveling for a funeral and did not notice this problem! I called and reported this matter to front desk, and the lady was very rude and stated that they already had given me everything free as if it was my fault that there was feces in the floor on the first night of my stay, which was terrible and I should have been compensated! To add the fridge going out and I showed them the food I had for me and my family. I was told that I would be contacted about this matter and I have not been contacted as of yet. The sad thing is not all of the staff is rude. I even had the house keeper and 1st front desk witness the fridge outage and all the food I had to toss! All staff was not rude it’s horrible that I was treated this way after I moved the first night! I will not be returning!!

The woman at the front desk was lovely and the only positive aspect of my stay. They charged me $75 pet fee even though it states $50 online. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The hallway was loud. My TV didnt work. It was definitely a disappointing stay and I got out of there early in the AM.

We were traveling with our dog and stopped in one night along the way. Everything was fine as far as our pet was concerned. However, the room needed a new mattress so our night's sleep was poor. We will not stay there again.

Disappointing
My room was not clean. The shower was dirty, the room had webs. Like it has been dusted in a while. The towels were dingy looking. The sheet had what looks like cigarette burn on it.
