Dear Mr. Azevedo, receive a cordial greeting.We hope you are well, first of all we want to say that we regret the events that occurred during your stay in our city, our hotel is always ready to provide within our capabilities everything our guests and customers require; we want to express that the hotel has an internal security company and head of security within the hotel facilities, who ensure the safety of our guests and visitors however unfortunately as in any hotel and place in the world we are not exempt or free of events such as theft, accidents or insecurity. As a hotel we have nothing to do with what happened, we have no direct links or contracts with cab companies or transportation platforms, the cab company (Coopebombas) that operates at the exit of the hotel, is part of the companies of the San Fernando Plaza business complex. With the company Trans GTN car dedicated to the rental of vehicles, there is a rental agreement for the space.Regarding the refund, you must request it with the company through which you made your reservation (Expedia) since they are the ones who received the payment and manage with us everything related to reservations, modifications or relevant events, our commitment to our customers and visitors is to accompany and provide what is required to solve such events, so we offer to communicate with Expedia to provide prompt resolution and grant the claimed, taking into account that your reservation is "non-refundable" and the unpleasant situation occurred outside the hotel premises.We hope Mr. Azevedo that this issue is resolved in the best way and that it does not prevent you from visiting the city of eternal spring again.
