Cons
1. No elevator and this was not mentioned in the property description. My elderly parents had to heff their heavy luggage up and down stairs.
2. Expedia, do you actually have persons in your employ visit and stay at hotels to verify their offers? If so, can you please explain how muffins and tea and coffee constitute breakfast as advertised for this hotel? Any country with this breakfast classification probably has a short life expectancy due to diabetes. Snack is more fitting
3. Lazy staff unwilling to handle diverse clientele. Folks didn't contact me to let me know they got to hotel safely from an international destination. They didn't have cell service. Staff member refused to transfer me to them or pass on a message for them to call me since I didn't have their room number. I explained I knew they checked in as Expedia sent me a notification since I booked the hotel for them and I had the confirmation info. Staff insisted she couldnt transfer me without the number or confirm they were guests due to a privacy policy. I understand you may have your policy be it for privacy or adultery facilitating purposes but what is the explanation to not pass on the message to the guests and let them decide? Passing on a message doesn't require telling caller person is there. My folks told me they never got my message. Maybe police involvement preferred, sure guests would be real happy seeing cops around. Might explain the "breakfast" if tv portrayals are accurate.
