친절한 직원들의 서비스, 그러나 시설은 개선이 필요한 듯
이른시간에도 체크인을 친절하게 해주었고, 대체적으로 직원들은 친절했음. 그러나 객실은 좀 오래된 인테리어로, 깔끔하고 모던한 다른 호텔라링에 비해 아쉬웠음.

호텔비 계산시 주의하세요
호텔 숙박비 계산시 US $ 와 AD $를 선택하라고 했는데, 당연히 두개의 금액이 같을 것이라 생각했고 US $로 계산했다. 그런데 AD 1001$와 US $ 806 사이에는 많은 금액차이가 있었으며, 한화로 약 7만원 정도의 차이가 났다. 저녁에 다시 호텔로 가서 US $ 결재를 취소하고 AD $로 변경해달라고 했으나, 메니저가 안된다고 말해 그냥 귀국했다. 상식적으로 이렇게 큰 금액 차이가 나는데 아무런 설명도 없다는 것이 이해가 되지 않으며 기분이 매우 않 좋았다. 다시는 방문하고 싶지 않았다.

조용하고 깨끗한 호텔
침구가 포근해서 좋았어요 차이나타운 근처여서 도보이동하면서 관광하기 나쁘지 않았구요 중심ㅇㅔ서 벗어나 있어서 숙소 주변이 조용하고 깨끗해서 좋았네요 좁으까 걱정했는데 아이둘 어른둘 사용하기에 넉넉했어요

호텔 위치나 가격은 만족했으나 체크아웃 할때 현금으로 낸 보증금을 카드에 넣어준다고 헛소리하고 20분 넘게 기다린거 빼면 괜찮음 직원들간에 의사소통이나 기록을 철저히 하지 않는거 같음 ..

Bed, sheets, pillows cases are cleaned but l smelled the pillows, probably those pillows are very old or they were never cleaned. The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful.

Fantastic check in experience with even being offered a sparkling wine as we checked in. Points off for the hotel bar closing at 9.30pm on a Friday night when still plenty of guests and more coming back from theatre shows etc.

I booked the accommodation in my partner’s name with the intention of paying myself on my arrival Friday night after work. She arrived from overseas and no one helped her with her 30kg suitcase and other bag. When I discovered immediately after she checked in that her card had been charged, no choice, I rang to sort it out. Got a technical response “booking says POA” and no apologies and no attempt to help at all and not what I expect from a 5 star hotel! If I hadn’t turned up, there would have been no problems charging my card! These were significant irritations to what was otherwise a great stay. Friendly staff, my baggage was sorted out for me immediately (I didn’t have to lug it around) valet parking was great, breakfast was great, reception staff were great. Excellent location close to Parliament Station, Chinatown, Bourke Street, Collins Street, Vic Market.

I had booked for city views was a bit disappointed that they changed my room to a lower level with a brick wall but had a court yard when i booked I avoided the courtyard for the city view my only complaint and even told them when checking in was disappointed

Nearly missed my flight due to valet service
Can't fault the standard of accommodation, facilities and dining however I nearly missed my flight the following morning due to a wait of 25 minutes to retrieve my car via valet parking.

We stayed for 4 nights as a family with young children in the city view room with valet and breakfast. Staff were all so friendly and accommodating our entire stay. Location is excellent and walking distance to shopping and lots of food (halal options too). Room was spacious enough with 2 large doubles, bathroom had a shower (hose head) which is great for little children and a large square sink basin. Buffet breakfast has a good standard spread of options - was pleased to see soba noodles too! My kids loved the indoor pool and spa, great for our stay in the middle of Melbourne’s winter. Thank you for the lovely experience!
