"This hotel is not even open. Upon arrival we are mived to the Adhara Hacienda. How can reservations still be taken on this site. This is the second time this situation has happened. "

"Lovely clean hotel , staff so friendly on reception . Our double room had two beds and en suite bathroom . Added bonus of lovely smelling individual shampoo and skin lotion for use. There was air conditioning we used during the day but didn't need it overnight . Very close to "El Parque de las Palapas " that featured last night local children singing and dancing on the huge stage! We will return here now each time we fly into and out of Cancun. 5 mins walk to Cancun bus station for onward travel "
