“This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great location. Ideal location for Southwell racecourse. 15 minute leisurely stroll to the racecourse from the accommodation. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. Good value for money.”

“Staff here are where very helpful we booked a family room when arriving into our room there was only a double bed and one single for a family of 4 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were very quick to help and re arranged us a new room without hesitation. We had travelled a lot the day of staying. Decided to eat at the hotel was disappointed that there wasn’t a children menu for our children to pick from. Couldn’t fault the food was absolutely Devine for dinner and breakfast was lovely to all...

“The hotel was clean but basic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a good place to stay if you're on a budget and don't worry about the frills. It's a little tired but that is easy to forgive at this price. It's close to the centre and so very convenient for anyone working in, or vising Boston. There is an Indian restaurant on site which is worth visiting, and a public bar so if you're visiting friends it there is a good place to meet. As I say it ain't the Ritz but its certainly...
