The shower would not drain so we were standing in water the entire time. Outside door was not sealing so it whistled day and night with the wind

The Gem Museum Suites
Great hotel all around. Clean room with everything we needed, friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast. My family comes to Chicago twice a year to visit our family and this is one of the best hotels we stayed at.
