Staff were very nice and helpful. The carpets were stained but otherwise the hotel seemed clean. I heard doors slamming after 2300 and could hear the room next door talking.

This is the worst hotel we stayet so far. The washroom looked like it was flooded and the smell was terrible. The carpet in the room was also wet. We got to the hotel very late and we were very tired otherwise we would have left!! The only good thing about the room was the bed. In the morning the cleaning staff were making lots of noise and woke us up.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Only complaint in the morning we went to the restaurant on site and there were 12 other people in the restaurant, it was a flight crew, and we sat there for almost 20 minutes and no one came over to take our order, they only helped the flight crew. We eventually got up and left.

The shuttle service was horrible! I arrived to Miami Airport and went to the designated complimentary shuttle service area around 7:15pm to get to your hotel. When I arrived to the designated area according to the hotel's pre-recorded transportation message, I waited an hour before noticing that no shuttle for your hotel showed up. I called the hotel to see if the shuttle was on its way. Front Desk said that driver was on his way. Driver should be there in 20 minutes. But driver did not show up. I called Front Desk again and lady told me that driver was on his way. The driver did not get to my area until after 10:00pm. Very inconvenient! According to the schedule, a shuttle is supposed to come every 1/2 hour on the hour and it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the hotel. It seems thay better coordination is needed quick fast and hurry! The problem here was that the recorded transportation needs to be updated to include a statement that says, once you arrive to the airport, contact front desk of the hotel so that the hotel front desk clerk can dispay a driver to the airport.

Our flight was canceled and had to book two more nights in Miami. This hotel was near the airport so we booked our stay here. It is clean, safe, staff was nice, has nice amenities.

I went to Miami to have plastic surgery and the Clinic recommended this hotel to me. When I returned from surgery it was early in the morning and there was no wheelchair available. As he had operated, he got blood on the sheets and towels. They charged me for new sheets and towels. 350 dollars. If the hotel partners with a clinic, how can it not offer a wheelchair to customers and how can it charge for new sheets?

good morning, just to let you know we are not affiliated with any plastic surgery place, we are not an hospital, we dont have to offer wheelchairs, our registration card states that, if guest stain sheets with blood, guest will be charged 350.00 for damages

I liked the location ,it was very clean and the attention was appropriate and courteous. I didn't liked that they charged $16 for the parking and that was not indicated in the promotion. Also the bathroom door had problems to close(it was too heavy).I took the card in the room to the door and the promise to handle it to maintenance.

3 of us stayed in the room and only 2 towels. Called for more and they said they will send some up and 45 minutes later called again and they said house keeping isn’t here till 9 and asked me to come down to get some. Then the breakfast service was horrible. Waited 20 for an order and everything tasted rubber and bad. Then waited 30 minutes to get our check.

Hotel was bright and clean. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was obviously busy, but managed. I had issues with purchasing a movie and contacted front desk. I was told I would receive a call back twice, but never did. That was the only negative.

The property was easily accessible. The view was beautiful from the seventh floor room and the beds were very comfortable. I would have appreciated a vegetarian option for breakfast. One of the elevators was out of service. The pool was clean and was very enjoyable, as was the fitness room. Overall, it was very nice stay.

It was cheap. You can hardly understand some of the staff members you couldn't sleep because the maids were in the hallways talking so loud or in the other rooms talking so loud they were congregating and j conversating ,when they needed to be quiet and just working !Sometimes people want to sleep during the day. We be on vacation we need our rest. We couldn't do that at that hotel because the maids were so loud they were making so much noise, they were hitting the walls with the vacuum cleaner so loud it shook ....they were talking way too loud they were very inconsiderate in the morning afternoon way too much talking and talking way too loud I couldn't get any sleep! Worst hotel I've ever stayed at ever
