I loved the nostalgia of the place. It needs some maintenance like pressure washing the balconies and more furniture on them. Chairs with tables at least. Shock the pool and get it clean. Sandblasting of the rails on the deck would be great! The staff was great place just needs some maintenance which would not cost that much!

Staff was very friendly! The room left something to be desired. My back sliding door did not close all the way, so it wouldn’t lock. There was something (maybe termite damage) along the wall shared with the bagroom. The TV worked but had stripes through it. And my room stayed humid because of the cracked sliding door. Room 208

Room neglected. Shower handle fell apart and almost broke my toes!Carpet was oldand very dirty! and chairs were stained.n Windows were dirty. No water pressure in showr. Very unkept room. Staff very friendly. But they need to rennovate the hotel.

Whatever the Weather, The Chateaubleau's Miami Bright. Family Owned Hotel Kept Fresh In Past Present Style, Coral Building's the Gem. Whether Traveling to Miami for Tourism or Business, the Retro Hotel's Location will Please In Walkable Sidewalks to Great Dining. Although frequently foodie guests will be drawn to dine at Chateaubleau's Mylos, The Food of the gods Brought From the Isles to Our Gables. The Succulent Stroll for traveling foodies begins, here, First Floor, Lobby, Blue Awning Side. The Smylos, the smile you get when you eat Mylos.

Location wasn't terrible very safe area and plenty of restaurants to walk around to. But the hotel.... It definitely need to be fix bed was terrible and uncomfortable. Room was dirty, the drains were clug. Carpet and room smell terrible. Room decor is from the 90s not in a good way is damage lamps cables were literally cut and fix you can see how dangerous it is. Will definitely not recommend stay here. Jose the front desk was very nice and help me to switch rooms but unfortunately every room was worse than the other.
