Overall the property was great. I liked the location with a cvs and publixs across the street. Bed was comfortable and room was fine for 1 night. It was wonderful to have a refrigerator. What I did not like were the thin walls, very noisy air unit and in the wee morning about 4 or 5 emergency vehicles with full sirens passing our window. I know this is not the hotel’s fault but it added to the noise of the loud air unit. Overall I would try it again because the desk staff were so nice and I loved the location.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Near a Publix, which is good if you want to store foods in the fridge and cook in the room’s kitchen to save money. My only issue was I had to get kitchenware from the front desk and that it was not in the room upon arrival. That, and I needed an extra pillow but non were available. Outside of those minor issues, I would recommend this hotel.

The location was great overall. No complaints on the beds, pillows, and sheets. Great AC. Spacious shower. Good parking. Breakfast is just grab-n-go; so like muffins, granola bars, and water. Since it is an extended stay hotel, there were alot of food smells. Perhaps because it seems to be an older building, you can smell the humidity/dampness of the hotel. But staff was really nice too!

Staff at the Lobby was nice. Hotel is old and bathrooms, beds, kitchen all need to be renovated or at least a lite more comfortable. Beds only fits one person unless is for kids. Bathroom was a little dirty shower. Pillows are so old and only 3 in each bed. I was scared to stay there but Thank God it was only one night.

People may be put off because of the breakfast not having alot of variety. Its more of a continental breakfast, really. (Coffee is good!) Somehting to kick start your day. And people may put off because you're not having a slick trendy furniture etc..BUT a Friendly staff, beds comfortable as well. VERY Clean and spacious rooms- priced very reasonably, good location- you really cant beat it.

Very spacious room, mattras was very comfortable, location unbeatable ! If your going for concerts at Kaseya/Bayfront or just for shopping this is the place. Supermarket nearby, Walgreens 24/7 and restaurants nearby (Moshi Moshi open till late).

l stayed at this hotel because I had an appointment to get my passport. Passport facility was only about 4 miles away so that convenient. The room was clean enough but the bathroom sink hardly drained so seeing your toothpaste water stay stagnant is kind of gross. There weren't any cups, dishes, utensils, or pans to use in the kitchenette. Luckily I didn't need any of those supplies but someone else might. I used the cup I brought with me to pour my wine into. TV wasn't a smart TV so you had to flip through channels like the old days. No charge to park which was nice considering most other places cost at least $40. Coffee was good and strong. But don't expect even a continental breakfast. Pretty sure it was just oatmeal in a bag. Finally, $20 cheaper booking online than in person. Overall, it was ok for $93. But barely.

Property is generally clean, quiet, good business location, fairly close to MIA. Bed was comfortable, with HVAC effective and not loud. It is very basic property, with simple accommodations. There was no breakfast, just some coffee and muffins. Room was clean, with minimalist approach.

This hotel was in a convenient location close to the free people Mover train which connected us too many places. It has been recently updated. And nicely renovated. It still had a bit of a musty smell that wasn’t much of a concern since the room and lobby looked newly done. Free breakfast was very limited and was only for take away no tables or seats. Just a granola bar or yogurt.

I really enjoyed my stay there, I needed just a quick night's sleep. The bed was comfortable the room was clean it had nice counter space. Had a refrigerator and a microwave. No dishes or anything like that but it was just a really nice day and the staff is amazing.
