Everything was great 2 nice pools lots of seating at the beach. Food at the restaurant was good. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable . Only downside was we werre put in a handicap accessible room and the shower was so low it was hard to use and the water pressure was very low.

Check-in went smooth, friendly front desk staff. Room 430, 2 queen beds with limited ocean view and view of pool on 3rd floor. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the direct beach access and food service. Note: Food and drinks are pricey. Pool was clean and the kids enjoyed the floats. Valet parking was fast and staff was friendly. Nice staycation for Labor Day weekend.

The property was very nice, clean and quiet. Beautiful. Had a side room with a nice ocean view and was able to see the sunrise and sunset. Literally feet away from the ocean. Beautiful property and staff was excellent. Parking is valet’s and between $55-$70 a night but was worth it. Starbucks is right across the street and the free trolley runs Monday - Saturday .

I really enjoyed my time at the Hilton cabana Miami Beach resort. The staff was super friendly and helpful regards to whatever I asked whether it came to food, the location around me, or any other questions that I may have had. The front desk staff were super friendly. The bar/food staff at the restaurant was also extremely friendly as well. They were very knowledgeable about the area and the recommendations were all on point. The rooms are clean. I had a great view of the beach, which I strongly recommend, I would definitely go back and book a stay there.

Our five year wedding anniversary was wonderful. Although things got off to a little rocky start, the staff, especially the facilities operation guy made our trip so much better. He treated us with so much respect and made up for any issues we had. This place made our trip all worth the while. From the great food at the restaurant within the building, to the private cabanas and two separate pools! They also made sure they gave us some pointers on place to go and see!!!! They were all great!! This was truly one to remember!!!!

We were not told the main pool was under maintenance so it was closed and noisy construction on their pool and even more very loud construction on the building next door. We loved the saltwater pool on the second floor last visit, it was now regular water and much busier due to the main pool closure. The hot tub was also closed since it was by the main pool. The shower base in the room was not flat and the incline to the drain, in the middle of the shower, was fairly steep to the point it was difficult to stand at that odd angle, Extra daily fees added to the bill that are not added at other Hiltons Other than the shower we loved the room, the view, the beds, and the Tv were all very nice. Loved the balcony...but it was loud during the day due to construction.

The staff was very helpful and understanding when I was not satisfied with my room upon arrival. I did get an upgrade, which made the stay a little better. I wasn't a fan of the pool area or the restaurant and bar. The location is further up North it was quiet but it wasn't any restaurants in the area. The area seemed more like residential
