Generally it's a good old fashion hotel in nice, relatively quiet location. Pros: There are lot shops and cafe around. 4-5 minutes walk to beach. Cons: it's old hotel and there are lot of construction work on neighboring streets.

A quirky hotel with a Latin feel, room basic and in need of a refresh, but didn’t affect my stay. Will look after your bags pre check in for a $10 fee and you can leave once you’ve checked out until around 16:00. Great location and helpful staff.

Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Walkable. They also cleaned the room everyday if we asked which was nice. Small breakfast 8:00-12:00 at the lobby from Dunkin’ Donuts was also nice.

Just what is offered and published. Seems like parking availability is ok on weekdays, may not be that way from thu/sun, if so, i suggest the garage parking lot just 2 blocks away ($20 24hrs). Facilities in the property were good and cleanness is just perfect. Comfortable sleeping but not excellent (bed can be better).

The building was very unique , we stayed with kids and they were so excited to check all the statues every time we enter to the lobby . The elevator was very slow , hotel is old but clean . Loved the morning donuts and coffee . Very close to everything but also not noisy . Will go back there again :)

This is somewhat of a hidden gem in South Beach. It is an old property, the front desk even had old-school mailboxes for each room and you have a real physical key. Art deco, unique vibe. Very affordable for the area, on site free parking, 2 blocks from the beach, and walk to shopping and entertainment.

4 nights in Miami, very good location and side road is quiet and has trees. Very close to beach , restaurant areas and shops. Easy 10min walk to Ocean drive. Pleasant to sit outside hotel or in reception. Bonus is the free parking which although limited spaces we haven't had an issue in 4 visits.

We loved the location which was walkable, not only to Miami Beach, but the surrounding shops/parks. Great to be able to leave our bags before/after our stay so we could still explore.before our flights. The internet was intermittent, so a bit annoying. Very arty with lots of memorabilia around the walls that made it interesting and nice.
