Worst Stay Ever, Avoid at All Costs! I wish I could give zero stars. The room was dirty, the sheets smelled weird, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi was basically nonexistent. On top of that, the staff were rude and completely unhelpful when I asked for anything. I felt like I was staying in a rundown motel. I will never come back and would strongly warn anyone considering this place to look elsewhere.

The room was clean. The lobby was nice, great for pictures! The staff was mostly helpful. Tony was the best! Over all the stay was good but I do have some complaints. First, the lack of amenities. When I say there were none, there were literally none. No microwave, no hair dryers, no tooth brushes, nothing you would normally expect to be able to get at a hotel. They don't even have wash cloths so be sure to bring your own. Also, it was freezing outside the weekend I visited (30 F at night), and the hotel never turned on the heat, so the entire building, including our room was cold. We had to close our vent due to it blowing cold air. The room key cards, were not good quality. They kept getting deactivated and we had to have them resent almost every day. Last thing is as I was leaving, I needed to use the elevator to bring down my luggage. The elevator has an exterior door that needs to be closed to operate. Well apparently someone on another floor didn't close it, and it got stuck there. When I went to the front desk and said it wasn't working she told me why it didn't work, and said she didn't feel like going upstairs to close it. I had a ride to the airport waiting on me so I ended up having to carry everything down the stairs. That was a horrible customer service moment but luckily the positive experience we had with the other staff members outweighed that one bad moment.

The room was dirty and the front desk person was rude. I let him know that no.one clean the room, the sheets were stained and gross, the toilet didn't flush, someone hair was all over the toilet and floor , ask fr towel the second day but never got it. Had to leave early , that hotel i will never recommend to any one, .

The person at the front desk when we got there had no customer service. Then the room wasn't ready for guest, the light switch at the door didn't turn on any lights, have to use my phone lights to find the bathroom light switch to get some light in room. The bathroom had no towels and the toilet wouldn't flush. We checked out as soon i returned off the road around 1am. It was a horrible experience

Lo único bueno de éste hotel es la ubicación, por su cercanía a playa. El hotel está viejo y descuidado. Huele a cigarro y alfombra sucia. La limpieza es cuestionable (pelos en el piso, el servicio sanitario estaba sucio cuando entramos a la habitación) La cama es espantosa! El colchón está cubierto de un plástico que no permite el descanso por el sonido que hace cuando uno se mueve. Las cortinas tampoco ayudan al descanso por el ruido exceso de claridad en las noches. Hagase un favor y NO reserve aqui!

The room was super neglected, peeling old wall paper. Bed frame seemed like it was found in a dump. Hot in the room, no air-conditioning controls. Only 2 small towels, and they where very old and resembled rags. Staff was uninterested to assist with anything. Plus the elevator was old, rusted and seemed very questionable for safety. This building should be closed down. This "hotel" should not be on any travel website.

1 of the worst hotels!! Stained sheets, no towels, tv didn't work, toilet didn't flush, air wasn't working.... horrible! Didn't even stay a night, checked in and checkouted out within an hour!!

Nice place to stay, swinging sixties vibe. If you don't mind a Miami motel vibe..no room service, little service at all. A great central spot to travel Doral or South Beach.

I stayed here for two nights. The place is dirty and very old. The shower did not work at all. I reported the issue the first morning and was told maintenance would fix it around 10 a.m. When I returned at night, the shower was still not working. The front desk staff on duty said they had no record of the issue, offered no solution, and said there were no rooms available to move me. I was also told that I should have stayed during business hours to make sure the repair was done, which is unreasonable. A hotel room without a working shower is not acceptable, especially after the problem was reported and acknowledged earlier in the day. No alternative was offered. Very disappointing experience and poor communication (The lady that was there on Saturday January 24th at night was very very rude)

When I arrived to check in no one was at the front desk the hotel is severely outdated no wash clothes or soap the bathtub had mold sheets had stains that obviously came from bodily fluids just disgusting do not stay here

It was not as advertised….the rooms did not look like the pictures, it didn’t look clean, stains on the sheets, toilet was dirty, just disgusting. We had arrived late to the hotel around midnight I think, I went to the front desk and the gentleman named Tony was so helpful, he genuinely apologized and showed me 4 other rooms, which we decided on one of those rooms, because again we didn’t have any where to go at that time of night…next day, Miami was hottt, I looked around the room for the thermostat to turn on the air conditioner, there was NOT a thermostat in the room so I called the front desk in the afternoon (it was NOT Tony I spoke to unfortunately) to ask them to please turn on the air because it was hot and sweating bullets, the man tells me they can’t turn on the air until it reaches a certain temp outside in Miami, LIKE WHAT!!!! it’s HOT outside, this Miami …so we sweated profusely for 4 days…. When we checked out it was like 3am, Tony was at the desk and asks me am I ok because sweat was just pouring down, I explained what I was told by the other guy, and Tony was so appalled and apologetic of that situation and said he would speak to management. I will say Tony (overnight front desk clerk) definitely went above and beyond to accommodate us, I truly appreciate all the help he offered. He made our stay in Miami a little better and I appreciate him.

Al entrar un Recepcionista que no sabía resolver nada ni tenía la intención de hacerlo, el elevador es de doble puerta manual y las puertas extremadamente duras por lo que sí llevas maletas es prácticamente imposible entrar, el A/C es general y si hay mucho calor no refresca suficiente y si hay frio no calienta la habitación, no tienen teléfono en la habitación para comunicarse a recepción a nosotros nos tocaron vecinos que gritaban, peleaban y golpeaban las puertas a cualquier hora de la madrugada y no pudimos quejarnos, pedimos una habitación con dos camas y había una separación de 5 pulgadas entre ellas prácticamente era una sola cama con dos colchones, tienen parqueo creo que para 6 vehículos y si está lleno tienes que pagar a la vecindad un parqueo de $40 qué te cobran lo mismo cada vez que sales y regresas, en general una estadía que no le deseo a nadie!!!

To start, it states early check in but we had to wait for the staff to clean all rooms before we could check in which ended up being at 4p when we were told we could check in at noon. The room was poorly cleaned dust everywhere, black mold in the shower, toilet did not want to flush. Was told from locals that the motel was considered a TRAP HOUSE! 😑 If it wasn't for the stay being non refundable we would have went else where.

Place is disgusting, staff is rude and unorganized. They blame each other on issues rather than finding you a solution. They won't give you towels, but they will give you bed bugs and no box spring under mattress so good luck for a comfortable sleep..place was a total joke complete waste of money
