This is no Sheraton I've known
Sheraton should be cleaner than this. I like Sheraton hotels, but I am not coming back to this Sheraton never.

6th floor had a wet carpet smell. And the bedroom window was dirty. Hard to view airport from my location. Sraff was helpful. Parking is a bit high for guess in my opinion.

Horrible, we’ve had a clogged drain and the engineer didn’t manage to resolve the issue. Management practically told me it’s a me problem.

Check in was quick and easy and the staff who helped with my check in was very friendly and welcoming! Very impressed. Also there’s a free shuttle that comes often!

Always stay at the Sheraton. The food is excellent and rooms are very comfortable. This stay however the fire alarm we off a few times and was so early in the morning which work me up. It seems like there was an issue with the system.

This is the best airport hotel for Miami airport. I always stay here, no exception. The shuttle is the fastest by far - every time without fail I see other travelers waiting ages for other hotel shuttles. Sheraton runs frequently and faster because of proximity to the airport. And it’s 24hrs whereas other shuttles aren’t. The staff is great also - extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is clean, rooms are spacious and it has a great gym. There is a decent restaurant And bar also. As far as the area around it - Not Much to do but that is true for Any of the airport hotels so not unique to this one. If you’re looking for a clean and convenient airport Hotel in Miami, with great staff, then this is it. Don’t even think twice.

Really disappointed with the fact that I called the hotel itself before I booked the stay and asked if their was a shuttle to the cruise ports and was told yes and got there and their wasn’t and staff answer was who told you and show me proof online where it said there was and the room was not to clean beds and pillows won’t great area very noise as well as ac system

Tired property. Try to palm off booked room with a lessor room. Location good and convenient but you get what you pay for. It’s an airport hotel.

We have stayed a this property several times. We like the bar/restaurant and its open late. We also Like the convenience to the airport and car rental.

I enjoyed my experience at this hotel. The pool was very clean and towels are provided. The room I had was spacious and clean.

Check went great and appreciated Monique’s help. The air conditioning in our wasn’t working properly and it was promptly addressed and fixed. Very professional staff. Enjoyed the vibe at the restaurant as well. Hotel is convenient across the street from the Tri-Max and Miami metro.
