“Unfortunately a yappy dog kept us from sleeping. The staff did help by dealing with the situation but who lets their dog bark nonstop at 1:45 am???Then cleaning staff slammed doors starting at 800 am. I was surprised how they opened doors and let them slam knowing people may be trying to sleep. Literally just needed a place to sleep but no such luck.”

“Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast.”

“Charles is a personable and well-informed innkeeper. The house, bedrooms, and common areas were all warm and inviting. Lovely decor throughout. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.”

“Great staff. Room was clean and functional. Hot breakfast was good. Coffee station open 24/7. The only elevator was slow and noisy. The property was worn and dated.”

“This is really an exceptional hotel at a very reasonable rate. I don’t say that often. The staff were incredible at every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay north of Cincinnati.”
