"Kid friendly loved the hotel room very big and spacious you don’t even have to leave your hotel!"

"The elevators were terrible had to wait over 30 mins just to get down stairs to the point 2 outta 4 were working. I also got closed in by the door or the elevator it slammed shut "

"The room was clean, but very small. The pictures on Hotels.com don't seem to be of the actual hotel. The image shows a balcony, but there were no rooms with balconies in the hotel. The windows in all the rooms are perpendicular to the street, so the views are all of the buildings on the sides of the hotel so we had a view of drycleaners ironing and folding clothes. That said the hotel was very clean and easy access to our points of interest."

"It was ok. The location is excellent. Their water fountain is broken. Friendly staff. I would stay there again. "

"Check in was awful. Long line across the lobby. Major issues with the terminal that was used to check us in, to the point where 20 minutes later they finally asked us to go to a different staff member to start the process all over again. The hotel itself and the room we stayed in were pretty nice."

"The Millenium staff was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and courteous. The location was the big selling point. Right in Time Square and walking distance to shows and other sights. "

"Room was clean and house keeping was on their job from Day 1. WiFi kept dropping so really didn’t get to enjoy that. Grab and go breakfast was horrible. I ask the staff for water after they gave me a bay orange juice. She said I could only get one drink per ticket. The main good perk was how close the hotel was to time square. "
