โRoom was spotless and just what we needed. Man on reception was cheerful and helpful. Staff in the bar were professional and extremely courteous. This place and the service far exceeded my expectation. 10/10.โ

โLovely staff, great location to stay to access Heaton Hall Bowls Club the site of the 2002 Bowls Commonwealth Games. The beefeater next door served great food during my stay.โ
โAwful smell, took a while to find out what it was; mouldy vegetables left in the kitchen cupboard. Floor boards upstairs extremely creaky; never heard anything like it. Every time we sat on the sofa it sounded like it was going to snap in half. Beds very uncomfortable, especially in front bedroom, your bum touches the base of the bed.โ
โWe were unable to access the property because the itinerary code that Hotels.com gave us wasnโt recognised by the hotel operator.
When we called Hotels.com, no one was able to answer us in real time so we didnโt get access to the property. Ended up sleeping in our car.โ
โGreat place to stay for Heaton Park gigs. Came for Oasis and the staff were very friendly even though they were busy. Food is decent. Rooms are lovely. Would stay here again โ
