This place was amazing, just like in the pictures and the staff was really nice and helpful. The apartment was really clean and the location was perfect! I would happily stay there on my next visit!

The ApartHotel bedroom was a lot smaller than what we had expected, the location was very good but it was very noisy at night. For me, this hotel didn't reflect the price.

The best for price and location.
This is a fantastic hotel for price, location and facilities in the heart of Milan. For those who want a little bit more space we booked the comfort suite which had a kitchenette and bar area which was perfect for our three day stay in this beautiful city. So clean and the staff were great.

Bad property on a great location
The location is amazing and thats it, I didn't have hot water for shower, the sink was clogged, the safe wasn't working, the coffee machine wasn't working, the internet was terrible and the facility is very small. The shared area and the way in is claustrophobic. I wouldn't book it again.

Unfortunaly, there were some tecnician problems with hot water, but just for couple of hours and they were solved the same day; these are the kind of things that we are not able to foresee. About other things, everything was working perfectly. If you had some problems, you should have told us about it during your stay.We are trying to make our guests feel comfortable during their stay in our aparthotel. Don't go - horrible place - garbage cans view
The room was VERY small and view from window was garbage place. Requested a different room - but they didn't have. Checked out immediately without refund :-( and looked and went to another hotel. DON'T go to this hotel. Horrible place. Can't open window because of garbage and air-conditioning doesn't work as well.

This hotel is centrally located just off a main street. There are many small restaurants and it is easy to walk everywhere. Although it is an apart-hotel I would not want to cook in here as it is one small bedroom with a kitchen type counter in in - but it works well to fix your own tea/coffee and light breakfast in the mornings.

It was good. The cleaning staff threw our empty shopping bags without asking. We had trouble packing . We had saved those empty shoe boxes for last day .

The location is close to dumo but the only disappointment on them just front desk is not available what time they said if we need some help They not there to help us They clean the room but they never put some soap every day they clean u have to ask them but how we going to ask if no body in front desk to ask they have phone number that u could call but how u going to call them no phone on the rooms iam not going to call them international phone call ..

There were many pros: very good location, within walking distance to many shopping centers, and restaurants; the apartment is very clean, well equipped with kitchen utensils; good check-in experience: we arrived early, at around 11am but the cleaning lady checked us in and we only had to wait 15 minutes to get into our room; the receptionist was very helpful & friendly. Only 2 things I have to complain about, and they were 2 important cons: 1) the bed mattress was very hard on my back, 2) it’s an apartment/hotel and the receptionist is only on the premise from 3pm to 10pm. If you need help outside the office hours, good luck to that! Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. Except we had to check out at 5:30am for an early flight out back to Paris and there was no receptionist. I had to lock the room and left the keys on the receptionist’s desk and hoped that everything was ok. (I have not heard from the hotel/apartment.)

This is one of first worst experience with Expedia...the owner of the property is an high headed fellow...not willing to help his own customer..I have asked for the adopter for my phone not only he refused but told in a very bad tone!!! The room is toooooo small with 00000 ventilation...inspite of ac, I felt suffocated while inside the room. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!! By the by, I found lot hotel in the vicinity.

Location! Location! Location! Best location ever! This was absolutely an amazing hotel!!!! The rooms were super clean and new with a very modern look. The reception was great! The cleaning lady was amazing, she even did my laundry for me! And as for the location, as I mentioned is was perfect! It was a walking distance, around 5 minutes to the duomo and galleria! I loved everything about this hotel. The only downside was that my room had too much noise due to the proximity to the main roads. I suggest you request a room away from the noise streets, but I highly recommend this hotel. This apartment/hotel is no less than a 5 star hotel. If not it’s better than a good hotel! I’m definitely staying here again!

Arrived a bit later than expected around 22:30 and nobody was there to check me in and I had to find another hotel to stay When I got in touch with them over the phone the guy I spoke with had no intention to help me,was extremely rude an told me that is not his problem and that i need to sort myself out with another hotel

Appartamento situato sulla via broletti. Purtroppo ci passano i tram ogni 10 minuti fino a tarda notte. Personalmente non ci tornerò più. Per 350€ con sconto si trova molto molto più silenzioso.
