밀라노 대성당 바로 뒤라 메트로 접근, 음식점, 베이커리가 많아 편리했다. 그러나 아파트식을 고려해서 요리에 필요한 식자재를 구입할 수 있는 대형마트는 중심가에 없어서 작은 수퍼마켓을 이용해야 했다. 주방시설이 아주 작기 때문에 제대로 된 요리를 하기 보다는 냉동식품 등의 간단조리만 하는 것이 여러 면에서 편리했다. 도로변이라 약간의 소음은 어쩔 수가 없었다. 브레라 거리의 자른 호텔에서 4박을 하고 옮긴 곳인데, 출장 서류 증빙으로 가능했던 도시세 면제가 이곳 호텔에서는 불가능하다는 답변을 들어 의아했다.

객실도 깨끗하고 화장실도 깨끗하고~ 매일 관리도 잘해주셨어요~ 전자렌지랑 개수대 있어서 편하게 잘썻구요. 다만 방음이 잘되지 않아 옆방 소음과 창밖 차소리까지 다 들려서 그부분이 너무 아쉬웠어요 ㅠㅠ 그래도 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 방문하고 싶어요~

이탈리아 여행의 마지막 숙소였습니다. 마지막 숙소인만큼 최대한 피로를 풀 수 있는 컨디션의 숙소가 필요했습니다. 아파트먼트 인조이 팰리스는 대중교통 접근성 뿐만 아니라 밀라노의 쇼핑, 관광을 즐기기에 최적의 장소였습니다. 뿐만 아니라 쾌적하고 넓은 공간과 짐을 내랴놓기 좋은 수납공간, 식사해결을 위한 조리기구들이 있어 여행의 피로를 적절하게 풀 수 있었습니다. 이번 여행에서 이용했던 숙소중 최고였습니다.

The design of the rooms are nice and specious and location is nice. However, the hotel is located in a crowded area so it is not possible to leave your windows open. It’s very load and on our trip AC wasn’t available even though it’s listed that they have AC. It was nearly 80 degrees and we couldn’t open the windows due to noise and with AC not working it was incredibly uncomfortable. Also the hotel was under construction, we couldn’t use the main lobby until our last day.

Only the location is good. Air Conditioning was broken and did not work for the whole stay. The staff for the first couple of days told us that this is the requirement of the city of Milan but we asked friends who stayed at other hotels and told us that their AC is working. They then told us that the AC is broken and under repair. The reception was under construction for the first 3 days and we had to use the service elevator. The "upgarded suite" was terrible with sticky plastic floors and old furniture. We required to go to a normal room that was in a better condition. They kept resisting for 2 days and then moved us when we made a fuss about it.

We had sleepless nights in this hotel because the AC doesn’t work. It was 80F (27C) in the room which made It impossible to be in the room or sleep! When we tried to talk with the front desk they were of no help and basically told us to deal with it. They blamed the infrastructure in the city of Milano and said no hotel has AC this time of year, which is a joke. Why didn’t they tell us at checkin. They said to open the windows but then mosquitoes came in and buzzed/bit us all night. Again, the hotel staff does nothing to help the situation and should really be sent back to hospitality school. As a Premium VIP member, no complimentary room upgrade or wine was offered as stated in the booking. I can understand they didn’t have any rooms left to upgrade but did they run out of wine too in Milan? Stay far away from this place!!

The only issue I had at check-in was the fact the hotel was refurbishing the reception and this was not notified until the day before arriving even though the refurb had been active for many weeks. Otherwise the hotel was perfect- 10/10 for Location, Staff, and the room. We will return to the hotel and I would recommend it to friends.
