조식이 너무형편없었고 교통도별루 죻지않았으며 남자직원은 모두친절했으나 여자직원은 너무불친절했다

친절한 서비스와 깔끔한 호텔
깔끔하고 친절한 서비스의 호텔입니다. 체크인도 빠르게 진행 됐고~ 객실 상태도 깔끔했습니다. 조식도 나름 괜찮았습니다! 위치는 밀라노 성당에 완전 근처한것은 아니였으나, 지하철 또는 트램 이용이 가능해서 크게 불편하진 않았고, 공항은 택시를 이용 (100유로) 했는데, 호텔 서비스를 이용해서 좋은차로 안전하게 갈수 있었습니다. 객실은 크진 않고 아담합니다.

가격대비 괜찮은 숙소입니다.
두오모까지 가기 위한 용이한 위치에 있습니다. 무료 아침식사가 아주 마음에 들었어요. 처음 예약할 때 계획은 3명이었는데 막내까지 가게되어 4명으로 숙박했습니다. 침대가 2개있는 방이었는데 메인베드가 커서 세명이 자기에 무리가 없었어요. 그런데 체크아웃시에 한명 더 추가한 요금 87유로를 더 받더라구요. 엑스트라 베드를 요구한 것도 아니었는데 3박에 아이 한명 추가한 요금 치고는 조금 당황스러웠습니다. 명분이 추가된 아이의 아침식사요금이었는데 사실 아침식사는 무료로 제공된다고 되어있었거든요. 그것만 제외하면 직원들도 친절했고 청결도도 그런데로 괜찮은 숙소였습니다.

better than expectation!
Good location, and easy to get from highway. Receptionist was very kind and helpful.(He was even much better than other 5 stars hotel) Breakfast was ok and room was little bit tiny but ok.I will visit this hotel again.

3성호텔 이구나...
이번 여름휴가 4주의 일정중에서 유일한 3성호텔이었다. 베니스 5성호텔에서의 이틀 이후 밀라노에서의 호텔캐나다는 첫느낌은 정말 별로였다. 하지만 밤에는 호텔앞에 무료주차가 가능하고 시내중심가 까지 도보로 이동이 가능한 거리에 있어 위치는 좋은곳에 자리 잡고 있다. 체크인/아웃하면서 친절한 모습은 이태리에서는 어섹한 느낌? 이었고 조식은 그럭저럭 먹을만 했습니다.

잊지못할 호텔 캐나다
이태리 도착한 첫날 묵은 숙소였어요. 작지만 참 깨끗하고 용품도 다양하게 준비가 잘 되어있었습니다. 세이프 박스에 비번이 제대로 안된지도 모르고 문을 닫아서 안절부절 못했는데 비번이었던 매니저가 곧장 달려와줬어요~직원들도 마주치니 물어봐주고 걱정해줬구요~참, 조식도 맛난 빵이 많았어요!!! 이래저래 우여곡절이 많았지만 역과도 가깝고 짐도 오래맡아주고 잠자리도 편해서 잘 묵었었던 호텔이었습니다~

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet. We slept really well. The staff was exemplary. We were especially impressed by the people who helped with the breakfast. They were very attentive and eager to please. Great location within walking distance of the Duomo, and only a couple minutes to the nearest metro stop. We would definitely stay here again.

Fenster undicht, diese beschlagen, es ist sehr laut. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, die Zimmer Tür fällt von alleine zwar zu aber rastet gar nicht ken schloss ein, sodass die Tür eigentlich immer offen ist. Von außen die Außenbeleuchtung flackert, stört im Zimmer weil keine vernünftigen Gardinen vorhanden sind, um das Zimmer richtig abzudunkeln, und Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt.

A pleasant experience The staff were friendly specially the front desk and breakfast area and helpful. The location is walking distance to Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel. Room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Tip: Pick rooms from the higher floor, we were at the 2nd floor and we could hear the noises from the kitchen and the cleaning crew.
