Will not stay again
I don’t think I will stay there again after stayed 3 nights.. When I talked with the staff when we arrived she said they will provide the water more if we want so I thought they will give us more free water. I asked another staff in the evening and he said if we finish free bottle then just drink water in the fridge and pay for it. He shouted on the phone and even I asked him to come to my room to show the price list he kept yelling at me in front of my mom. We paid almost 1200 euro for 3 nights and we were super shocked that hotel staff yelling at the guests. I contacted hotel.com and they helped me to send the e-mail to the hotel. The front manager and other staff apologized to me and said they will provide 200% service so I didn’t ask refund rest of the nights. But when we were back to the hotel at night. They didn’t clean up the room at all and even no free water no towels whole night. Shocked again. We left at 3:30 pm that day and cleaning service finished 2 pm. I didn’t know and even they didn’t ask if anything we need when we are out. Just mentioned that they will provide if we ask the water….. I was really wondering where was 200% better service. My mom said it was not worth to stay compare with the price and seriously ruined our good mood for travel. There was no restaurant for breakfast and coffee machine water part also so dirty. I will not stay there again

두오모 성당까지 걸어갈 수 있을 정도로 위치도 좋고 지하철과도 가까워 교통편이 매우 좋습니다. 그리고 숙소는 매우 깔끔할 뿐 아니라 직원들 모두 친절하였습니다

The location of the property is amazing, very conveniently located near metro and shopping and dining options. Cleanliness was almost great, except for an open bottle of sparking wine in the mini fridge. Facilities were not great as far as air conditioning and sound/noise. They said there was a national directive that they couldn’t turn air conditioning on until after May though untrue for other hotels we stayed at on our trip. The HVAC only had a heat option but no fan, so we had to open the windows for air circulation, but when windows opened it was very noisy outside.

Staff were really nice and helpful but the bathroom in our room had a really bad smell and I gave the complaint to staff but they didn’t change the room nor fix the bad smell in the toilet.

Great service starting from check-in, all staff were very fluent in English and all very friendly. The parking was quite nearby (200m walking) and priced very reasonably for that area in Milan. The area was actually less busy because it wan't next to the shopping malls, hoever, it was only a 600m walk to Monte Napoleone and other busy shopping areas, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again if was to visit this area in Milan, only downside perhaps is that during lunch time, lots of people from surrounding offices will come out for lunch so all small restaurants and sandwich shops are quite busy around noon time.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Montenapoleone Suites during our trip to Milan, Italy, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Okay hotel with good location.
Okay hotel with extremely good location. You will hear the top floors above and you won’t get breakfast as the minus. Cute happy birthday sign on arrival but no welcome drinks or so that you would expect for the cost of the hotel.

Everything is great for a stayed in MILANO, the only thing I believe they are a little loud when they clean in the morning which is fine, not a big deal. Everything else is pristine. I strongly recommend it.

Misleading website
The website is very misleading: there is no fitness centre or spa. There was mo access to any pool either. The staff was lovely and the location was fabulous

We made a last-minute booking here after deciding to ditch our final night in our Airbnb in Varenna to avoid taking the one hour train ride into Milan for our "Last Supper" tour, returning one hour by train to (off season) Varenna, and taking the same train again the following morning for our high speed train to Venice. Wonderful and classy suites, great location to the Duomo and high end shopping experiences. Carrefour basically across the street if your want to get some wine and food and have a lovely spread in your room.

This property is conveniently located a 5-10mn walk from the Milan shopping center and the Milan Cathedral. Staff was incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. Parking was a bit of challenge but at least they had an available option.

This hotel was so convenient to Milan. We took a walking tour with Viator and everything was close. The staff at this hotel are amazing, so helpful and so nice. Enjoyed my stay their.

The location was great and the public areas were clean and presentable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is let down by the maintenance of the room which was bordering on just plain bad. The curtain didn’t fit the window and so let in light along one edge. The curtain wasn’t blackout so the room was bright all night as the building across the road leaves the lights on. Shelves loose in bathroom, rotten exposed wood next to the bath in the room. Limescale to an unacceptable level around the shower door and around and under the sink and the tap was loose and flopped around next to the sink. The sink and bidet had sticky patches on them.

The suite was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed (and more). Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was ideal for accessing the centre of Milan and the fashion district. We will be staying again.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der perfekten Lage! Supermarkt, Metro Station und die Stadt sind ganz nah. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bett super bequem. Es war so, als würden wir in den Wolken liegen!! Personal auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Nice but very small room. Dirty floors and stains on the bed sheets. Bath towel was very old and falling apart-never replaced. We had no WiFi or TV (Netflix) the entire time we stayed there. The staff was very nice and tried to help but unsuccessfully.

Excellent property in a fabulous location
Spotless and extremely comfortable with an excellent Front Desk service. A superb location a few minutes away from the upscale Shopping streets, restaurants and cafes. A taxi stop around the corner. Espresso machine, excellent toiletries, a small sunny balcony, double glazed windows. Loved everything about it!

This hotel was amazing, I loved my stay here! The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the whole fashion/design vibe of the hotel is perfectly in line with the beautiful area its in. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub a fun addition, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location within 5 minutes of the San Babila metro stop and in front of an express supermarket.
